Perfect size and unbelievable picture. We replaced an outdated 5-0 inch plasma so we were thrilled to experience such high resolution. We only purchase Samsung TV’s and have yet to be disappointed! Highly recommend this model.

This is an excellent TV even though it is not the most expensive in Samsung's line. The colors are excellent and the picture is crystal clear. We looked at many TV's that are more expensive, including those from Samsung and this model is hard to differentiate from the most expensive models.

The Samsung Q80A has an excellent picture and most fine tuning adjustments anyone would want. Almost as good a picture as the more expensive OLED type. External sound such as a sound bar or other sound system is a must because the sound produced by the TV alone is quite underwhelming.

It's been 5 years since I last bought my 55" Samsung. Waiting this long to upgrade to this model was well worth it. The picture is amazing, the sounds it amazing, and you don't even need an AppleTV as the functions are all built it. Now I just need to buy the sound bar for the best cinema experience.

This TV is awesome. The picture is so clear, the colors so great and the best thing is sound quality. I bought this because it is rated one of the best TVs for sound quality. It is great. I did get the recommended sound bar and the combination is great

I bought this tv for my husband before this purchase I really didn’t see the big deal in the newer model TVs, I was wrong the color is brilliant and the quality is like no other! I’m actually hooked on this brand and model I’m thinking of purchasing another one for our bedroom!

This Samsung tv has more than exceeded my expectations. The features, ease of use, clarity, and customer support are all next level. I would highly recommend this tv to anyone in the "market" looking for a reliable unit to purchase.

Crisp clear picture, easy setup. Wanted a Samsung tv with center stand and this one had it. Best Buy associate spent a lot of time with me explaining the pros and cons of different TVs that I was interested in. Always buy my electronics from Best Buy! No pressure sales tactics is a bonus!

Good picture and good sound. Easy to navigate to apps and television programs.

Love the beautiful crisp display! The sound quality was great, I liked it just as much without the additional 5.1 sound bar I added for Q Symphony. The apps make streaming your favorites a breeze. The setup was quite easy to follow along. Alexa works with it. I highly recommend.

Very happy with the purchase - noticeably better in quality but within a reasonable cost. Definitely recommend having it delivered, but you can easily set it up yourself with a friend or two to help (need at least 3 people if mounting TV on wall). Great for gaming.

Tv is great but remote sucks!......................

Once again this is my second samsung and i love it crystal clear picture the tv speakers are great its has like immersive sound or something i cant remember what its called although i use a entertainment center. The new remote is great and the light inside of your house charge it

Excellent picture, excellent TV. I decided to go with the Samsung - 65" Class Q80A Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Tizen TV and I wasn't disappointed. I enjoy the 4 HDMI inputs, Game Mode, Ambient Mode and how well 4K content looks on it. Highly recommended with Apple TV 4K.

The Samsung 65" Class Q80A QLED 4K TV is really the nicest TV I've ever had. The picture and sound are excellent. The large screen size really amazes, perfect for a medium to large size family room. I hope that this TV lasts for years, as my prior Samsung TV's have!

I'm so glad I swapped my original (defective) tv for the new 4k Sony!! This is what I expected from a new 4k smart tv, and I couldn't be happier. The install was quick and easy, and the geek squad techs were knowledgeable and friendly. Very happy!

I had researched this TV for over a year. When the price dropped, I jumped. The picture is beautiful, and the sound much better than the Samsung it replaced. I have paired it with a Samsung sound bar, which has made television viewing most enjoyable.

Greatest TV ever!! Crisp, clear, images and colors! TotalTech install was SUPER! The two technicians took care of everything efficiently, professionally, with a very courteous attitude. Mounting my Samsun 65" on my wall seemed like a breeze with their efficient work!

After owning a Samsung TV, I will never go with another brand. The picture quality, and streaming capabilities on a Samsung are a far better quality than other brands. Other brands of television i have owned wanted me to buy a new tv instead of updating software, on a 5 year old tv. Samsung actually updates the software better and keeps up with new streaming services

Great upgrade from our 8 year old 55" flat screen. The picture is so unbelievably clear. Sometimes it looks like it's in 3D. It also looks so much bigger with the extra 10" and being wall mounted. Still learning the remote, but that's because I'm old.
