Bought a Samsung 7000 series last year, and the 8000 series this year. Wow, what a step up! Gorgeous deep color picture. Couldn't have picked a better TV for the price. Always great service. Delivery went smooth.

Best TV I have ever owned. Replaced an 8000 series. Solar on remote is a great idea. Not sure why this is not on remotes by other manufacturers (not a climate catastrophizer, but why wouldn't you want the daylight to charge an avoid batteries).

I am a huge fan of the Samsung QLEDs. The picture quality and value proposition are outstanding. Unfortunately, some of the technology integrated with these sets is way beyond what's available right now, but that's forward thinking.

We wanted a smart TV and were first considering a 55" TV but when comparing the 55' and 65" TV's, we decided to go with the bigger one. We are not sorry. The picture is clear and really beautiful. I love having a Smart TV which can stream shows easily.

We LOVE this new tv. Excellent picture quality with the QLED. We purchased additional equipment for wall mounting, sound bar attachment, installation (Highly Recommended), etc. Well worth every penny. The QA80 is by far the best tv we’ve ever owned.

Good value - good refresh rate/apps/sound. Clunky UI.

I am so happy with the high resolution and ease of using apps. Just sorry that I waited so long to upgrade. Installation by Geek Squad seamless, efficient and professional - they spent time reviewing the features. Couldn't be happier.

Love this TV. Upgraded from a 40”. We got the TV & sound bar package and we are absolutely delighted. The sound & picture quality are amazing. My husband has a hearing issue and with the sound bar & subwoofer OMG. Highly recommend.

So far our experience with this product has been great. The tv has good picture quality with little backlight bleeding. The only drawback is that HBO Max is not available for download in this model, so we have to use airplay to watch our shows.

We love this TV. The quality is great and the features are incredible. Our favorite is that if the room gets louder, the tv does too. There’s also quite a few others. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality tv.

Tv was very easy to setup, speakers and audio are really nice for built-ins, though planning on setting up with a sound bar. Integration with airplay is a great feature, and color mode offering “as filmmaker intended” is really great to have, so movies don’t end up looking like soap operas. My only qualm with the tv are the way Samsung TV native apps like Netflix, Disney and Amazon display the picture from movies and shows. There seems to be a white glow around regions of the top of the picture that are distracting and don’t look great. Upon setting up an Apple TV with the Samsung tv, and comparing same app and movie between the Samsung app and Apple TV app, the picture was much better from the Apple TV source, and the white glow was gone from the Apple TV source. I would highly recommend people (and Samsung) look into this. I’ve posted on the US and Uk Samsung community forums, so Samsung are aware, but have yet to give any comments.

This TV was purchased as a gift to our daughter and son-in-law. They absolutely love it. No need for a sound bar as the built in speakers are more than adequate. The delivery and installation went flawlessly as well. They couldn’t be happier!

I'm very happy with this TV. The only thing negative I have found is that it lacks a backlight adjustment. At times, the picture is darker than I would prefer. For the most part though, it is very good.

Very similar to led tv I had previously. Always owned Samsung tvs. Easy remote control. Very reliable and long lasting. The only thing is bothering is the white spots on top half screen when the screen goes black, not sure why? Any ideas, is this something I should Be concerned about?

This set replaces the 65" Samsung we had. The picture quality is outstanding! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that for some reason, it does not work well with the Samsung Sound Bar we had with the other Samsung. We have to continuously change the source on the Sound Bar--something we never had to do before.

Not the TV I was planning to buy, but my Best Buy associate asked a number of questions about what the room was like and suggested this was the right option for a bright and sunny TV Room. He was spot on. This TV is fabulous!!!

Bought this 65" Samsung Q80A from Best Buy . The sales rep. was very helpful and explaining all the options help me make up my mind on with tv to buy . I got it home and it was simple to set up . Love the Samsung Q80A.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this tv as an open box special. It is perfect in every way- clear, crisp images with amazing colors. The installation and delivery were excellent.

Excellent TV!!! I use mine with a Home Theater system so I can't vouch for the sound but you can't ask for a better picture im this price range. Has 4 HDMI inputs and also supports eACR for soundbar usage. Absolutely love it!

Best television I’ve ever bought. Sound and picture quality are great. Lots of Samsung channels plus all the digital channels . I get hundreds more channels now than I did with my previous tv. Definitely a great purchase
