After a few days and hours of looking at the store, we decided to go for this one and stick to our Samsung love. The image quality it's awesome and the smart features are great!

Light bar on dark screens

The top middle of the screen has a big “light” bar that shows when there are dark scenes. It also doesn’t do well with light reflection

I ordered this tv and when I watched a movie I thougt their was glare on the TV so I shut off all the lights and blocked out all light from the windows and the top left corner and half way across the screen was lighter than the rest of the tv on darker screens. Thought it was a defective tv so best buy (who was great during this whole process) brought a new one. Did the same thing as the last one. Then I started googling it and apparently this is just a part of this tv because the contrast is so bad. I can’t believe samsung sells this tv. It should not be on the market. I would give it zero stars if I could.
