Be careful when ordering open box buys that say ex

Best buy's website said it was open box excellent. Showed up didn't have a remote didn't have the stand. Got the TV home wouldn't connect to Wi-Fi Bluetooth wouldn't work it was a complete mess. Had to drive 30 miles to return the TV and get another one. Was very upset as they basically acted like it was no big deal at all didn't even apologize.
