I purchased the extended warranty and called the service number. To say the experience was frustrating would be a compliment. The best they could do is offer to replace the remote I7 days! Could not get past the "hello" screen so the TV was not functional. Went back to the Ocala store and they indicated the remote was "bad", replaced it immediately and all worked fine. As I said the store service was 5 star but I worry if my TV ever has a real problem the phone help line is poor.

Subtract the poor marketing over the last couple of years with their over priced 120hz tvs, I am a huge fan of their products. This is a solid 120hz model, so I had to have it. Perfect so far. My 2007, 2010 and 2014 still work perfectly. No internect connection issues like the Sony I just returned.
