    Very good picture but sound is not very clear. I have to raise volume up high to be able to hear clear.

      Thank you for choosing the 2021 Q80A QLED TV and for your review. There are several volume features you can enable/disable/adjust to your liking.

      1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input.

      2) Adaptive Volume automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while you are watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source.

      3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > Sound > Sound Mode

      Also, some sources have their own volume control which might be set too low. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try cable connection again.

    You can see the difference between this TV and your old one, but Samsung TV Plus still not working

      Thank you for choosing the Q80A QLED TV and taking the time to share your experience with the TV Plus app. If your app is freezing, not loading, or crashing, you can try cold booting your TV by holding down the power button on your remote for 5+ sec until the TV turns off and on again, deleting and downloading the apps again, and completing full reset of Smart Hub to correct the issue.

      Please also check that your TV is running the latest firmware version. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

    First of all the service manager that helped me was absolutely awesome. I can’t say enough nice things about him. The delivery guys were amazing. Very polite, pleasant, respectful and extremely professional. Great bunch. The tv is awesome. I bought this as a gift for my son and he loves it.

    Purchasing a new tv from BestBuy was a good experience. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and technically capable of helping me decide which tv was best for me and my family. Pricing was very competitive, shipping was fast and delivery was completed in a very professional manner.

    I own a 55 inch LG OLED BX and now this q80A 65 inch and must say I prefer the picture quality of the BX over this QLED. The QLED is a great product but if you're looking for the best image go with LG's OLED and don't bother with the rest unless you're on a budget.

      Thank you for your review of the Q80A QLED 4K Smart TV. Quantum Dot technology powers over a billion brilliant shades of vivid and lifelike colors that stay true regardless of the scene’s brightness.

      You can choose from different Picture Modes to suit your preferences. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode to choose from (Standard, Natural, Movie, Dynamic, & Filmmaker Mode. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.)

      Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Home > Settings > General > Intelligent Mode Settings. Adaptive Picture, which is among the options, optimizes brightness and provides the best picture quality in real time, based on the lighting condition and your content.

    I purchased this QLED80A as part of an exchange plan with my Best Buy extended warranty of an 80 series tv I was having problems with. I am a little disappointed with the clarity of the picture. I do not think it is as good as the non QLED 80 series tv I traded it for. I thought the higher price would equal a better picture. HDR only works if program is broadcasted in HDR, otherwise no difference.

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q80A TV and for sharing details of your image quality. To optimize your picture quality, please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1901.0 which includes picture quality updates. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
      1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
      2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
      3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
      4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
      5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.

    High performing TV across multiple dimensions. I own a previous version of this as well and why I leaned towards this one. Alexa can be a little touchy but seem to work well with the existing Alexa in the room i.e., they don't compete to respond
