    From the helpful information available to pick the right TV to the fair pricing to the BB reward points which I put toward a BOSE Bluetooth portable speaker to the friendly associate who loaded it into my trailer, it was a fun experience.

    The picture and even sound is great. I’m so happy with this purchase….can’t wait to watch movies now. Also, big shout out to the Geek Squad. What an amazing job they did - courteous, professional, precise with their measurements, and tidy too!

    This TV is a disappointment. It was purchased due to high ratings for sound quality and this is the disappointment. It seems the “Object Tracking Sound” feature likes to adjust the volume making some speech inaudible when a scene is switched during a conversation. The speech volume goes way down while background noises are often not changed. I haven’t found a way to compensate for this problem or to turn off the object tracking sound.

    I bought the open box tv at a decent price. When I got it home, the remote had some wear and the manual was missing. Once I mounted the tv, I saw that someone else's email account was already programmed in. Without the instruction manual, the TV can be difficult to navigate. It does take sime getting used to.

    This is a very nice TV, the only issue is that there is some backlight bleed that can be seen while watching at night. Otherwise, I couldn’t be happier with the purchase. As a gamer, having a TV with HDMI 2.1 and variable refresh rate is fantastic for use with the new gen consoles. Quite satisfied with this purchase.

    This 4-star review would have been 5-star, except for the confounding Samsung remote control. Some of the controls on the remote are intuitive, e.g., power. Many other features are not described (there's nothing included with the setup instructions) and the guide for the remote control found on the Smart TV is practically useless.
