    I bought this TV for my aunt and it is really beautiful. The display is on another level. I can't imagine paying more for a slight increase in picture.

    Very wide, accurate color. Strong contrast for an LCD TV. OneConnect box adds flexibility for wall mounting. Smart TV platform with voice assistant and smart home controls.

    The Samsung representative was in the store and recommended this TV because the one I wanted was not available and they did not know when it would be available so they say. This TV was more expensive it’s OK but for the price I don’t think it’s worth it.

    I was very pleased with my experience at Best Buy. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the tv's and I believe he sold me what will be a very good tv for our home.

    We have had the Gee Squad at our house a couple of times to mount our TV's. They have been very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We would for sure recommend them to anyone.

    I would have rated it 5 stars as Benny and the other tech did a great job setting up the TV but Benny was supposed to call me back about an issue with the sound but he turned into a ghost and never called me back, disappointing.

    I needed a tv because my old gave out, I had my old samsung since 04 it finnaly called it quits my grand kids live with me so I needed something fast and wanted a bigger screen so I got this one it's very nice but wanted a 2021 model should checked. I do like this set .

    The TV was great. I am not crazy about the remote control. They made it more compact by combining functions with the same button. It does not have numbers to just punch in a channel.

    Game mode and gaming in 4K is wonderful on this TV. QLED is a big step up too. Looking for a deal on a larger version for sure.

    The TV is generally good, but sometimes the picture is a bit fuzzy if you are too close. The fact that it wouldn’t connect to my sound bar of a different brand was very annoying, and eventually required that I exchange it for a Samsung.

    It’s a pretty good TV, can be laggy at but the gaming is amazing. I like how it even gives you options to adjust the game mode settings compared to the Q70T which didn’t have an option to adjust. Wish I could’ve got the Q90T but the q80 will do just fine for now.

    Got this for a living room with a good amount of natural light and wide seating arrangement. It works good for my particular use. Just be sure to do your research, probably not the best model for mainly dark room viewing.

    Bestbuy problems

    The ongoing problem of mouth sychning with words coming out is a continued problem. Best Buy said get the cable company out which we did and they replaced wiring attic connection etc. but the problem continues sporadically and it seems bestbuy does not care

      Thank you for purchasing the Samsung Q80A TV and for sharing your experience with sound delays. Please be sure your firmware is up to date with version 1560.5 which includes updates to address lip sync or audio delays that you are experiencing. You can check this by going to: Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If this firmware version is not yet available on your TV, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV:
      1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to: Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model.
      2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.)
      3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV.
      4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes.
      5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software.

    This Tv is nice. It is LED Lit so you can see the black panels have a bit of glow behind them. But considering our LG OLED Tv went out right after a year and all of our samsungs TVs are still working. I would rather have a working TV than a broken one.

    I really like this television. My only complaint, if you can call it that is the remote. There's no replaceable batteries, just a charging port and a solar panel. Makes me wonder how long before it wont hold a charge.

    i mean if you've had samsung tv this is just as good. good resolution and easy to learn to use interface. Takes 2 ppl to install as it is quite big and heavy.
