I love the picture sharpness and clarity of picture. The television was easy to setup to the instructions. Hardest part was removing from the box.

This is a pretty basic washer, which is what I wanted. The plus I was not expecting is that is has a water load sensor, which I'm sure saves water.

I’m happy with my new Samsung. The only complaint I have is the sound quality. I did not get a sound bar because it’s not advisable. I have a common wall with neighbors, This TV is much better than the LG I had!

Happy with our new TV. The Geek squad were very helpful and took their time setting up our new TV and showing us how to use the remote, etc…

Best Buy sold me this item, then told me they sent the TV to somewhere else, would not be getting the item back in stock, and couldn't honor the discount given because it was too big. Waste of a lot of time and effort.

It is a good TV. Very satisfied with it. The only negative is the sound good be a little better. Will probably get a sound bar to make it better. I'm old fashioned and prefer a physical user manual rather than having to use a PDF file.

I like the TV very well except for one thing on the dark scene when I rushed TV in the dark room there's white clouds on 3/4 of top of the screen That's the one thing I don't like about the TV otherwise it's a great TV

has a nice picture, but I was told no matter how bad the picture is this television will make it look better. that is not true.

Great tv, Samsung make good reliable products. This 65” Q80A is than upgrade in size and in model years. Best Buy staff was a great help .

TV works great and love all the smart features! The employee at Best Buy was great! We searched him out the next time we were in store to have him help us.

Enjoying my new Samsung TV and also the speed of the remote which comes with it. I have noticed it’s much faster than the Xfinity or Roku remotes..

Brilliant smart tv, but speakers went crackly after only 2yrs for no reason ... not exactly great reliability and.so have to get rid.

The Geek Squad was great in installing our new TV. They even decided not to charge us extra for installing the TV above the fire place. No complaints.

Honestly an amazing tv. The quality could be better and the antiglare is decent but honestly im very satisfies the only tvs that really beat this are the 8k models or the lg oleds but samsung has always done me well.
