Absolutely love this TV. Was in the market for a higher-end QLED for the first time and decided on this one. Occasional gaming on this is amazing and I really like the features. Love it. Picture quality is amazing, especially for movies. I love the sound quality also.. it was one of the first things I noticed and its really good.

I love shopping at Best Buy, their people are so friendly and helpful. The layout of the stores is also well organized. Prices are competitive and they always have a great selection. We purchased a Samsung 65" Q80A QLED smart Tizen TV. I researched online before purchasing and this TV had everything I was looking for. Pickup at store was a breeze and the BB person helped me load the TV. The TV itself is wonderful, I am not a tech type person. All the reviews I read and watched were correct. Setup we easy, just follow along to the screen prompts and in a few minutes it was set. Very happy with the quality of the picture, watch a movie on Netflix's it seems the people are in the room with you. I mean you could almost get up and touch them. What a great TV. My only wish was that the owners manual was not 280 pages. I went to YouTube and found many videos for my TV. We just moved to Melbourne, Florida. At Best Buy we also purchased our fridge, washer and dryer. As I mentioned their prices are good as is their service.

We have had this tv for a couple of years now and it’s still just as great as it was the first day. The picture is great on it!

My new Samsung 65 inch TV was delivered early January 2022. I like and enjoy everything about it. Great sound, great picture and the size is perfect for my house. The first two weeks I had it I couldn’t stop watching it. It’s not the top of the line QLED, (not a NEO) but for the price it exhibits an awesome picture and sporting events are especially eye-popping in terms of real live color and capturing movement seamlessly. It has a solar remote in which recharges itself simply by daylight. The app features are easy to work with and customize for those you most want to view. I give this product “five stars” because I couldn’t be more happier with this product. I have it hooked up with my Nakamichi sound system and the combination is incredible. I would definitely recommend purchasing this TV because you get so much bang for the buck. Good watching!

Great picture! Color is perfect. Love this TV. This TV has it all, picture quality,sound quality and brightness. Very easy to use. Fits perfect in my living room. I have it in a corner, and you can see it perfectly at any angle. Very happy with this purchase.

This is my fourth Samsung “TV”. When I have guest over to my house and they always comment how life like the picture is. Samsung makes movie time totally awesome. You are right in the movie.

Awesome TV with a great and clear picture! My wife loves it and enjoys watching her shows on it. I have it in my master bedroom. You can't go wrong if you decide to buy this TV. I looked at a few of them before I made this purchase. I say go for it and enjoy your Samsung!

Amazing tv. Best and clearest picture ever. I have a vision impairment and the strength of the tv and backlighting make it easy for me to enjoy as well!! Talk about a home theater tv. You seriously won’t find better quality from any other tv on the market.

Excellent TV. Good value for the money. Picture is flawless. I like the ease of use. And the remote is very sleek with not a lot of buttons. It is also solar powered by using the light from a table lamp.

Great TV; I have been using it for almost a year, and it has given excellent performance. Not too much angular reflection, black background is not too reflective. The sound quality is quite good. Overall, I would recommend it to others

best tv ever...had a Samsung tv that i bought back in 2019, but didn't have the extra that I got with this tv, soooo happy I upgraded to this tv, thinking I'm a Samsung tv guy for the rest of my life, that's how happy I am.

As always with Samsung TV's, color is gorgeous! Easy to operate and the sound is excellent. Extremely thin with very slight beveled edge frame so it hangs very close to the wall and gives you the most picture area on this 65" TV.

Love this tv great quality picture and sound. Movies and video games look great! Can’t go wrong with Samsung TVs I will always recommend Samsung TVs before anything else. Have never let me down and never had any issues

TV is great, amazing sound and picture. Great color and 4k is amazing! Set up was easy right out of the box! Pretty simple and it connects to your phone which is great as our older TV did none of these things!

The tv has a great picture for 1080 and 4K. I used a reviewers specs to set tv up. I initially did not like the picture out of the box. Keep in movie mode. That is the best picture. I was very impressed with the sound as well. Much better than the Vizio I previously had. The speakers actually have bass. I have had the tv for about 6 weeks. I like the voice feature too. I just say Alexa and then you can tell it to change volume and look up tv shows and channels. The remote stays charged with light or you can plug it in. I just keep it upside down so it can charge. It’s a good tv with lots of features. You can view from an angle and the picture still looks great.

Bought it for my PS5... awesome colors and 4k graphics.... it keeps up with the game with ease... all about Samsung is great quality and value.. won't be disappointed

Got this as an open box product, overall id say this is the best QLED you could get on the lower price range, anything lower than this is too gray toned and anything highter than the Q80 is overpriced in my opinion.

My Samsung 46 inch from 2012 popped, zapped, and burned out with a stink that said I am done. In Best Buy I saw the TV I wanted. Great picture and sound with a great big price that I could not justify. I did not want to spend the money on this QLED 65 either, as I leaned toward the less costly flat screens. Talking to John the sales rep at Best Buy helped me to choose this Q80A series. This was one of the few times I really got an education about differences and price, or you get what you pay for, and he was actuality able to show me. Thank You John. Getting this home and mounting it to the wall I was not happy with the picture quality at all. The next morning cleaning up my mess, I found you get a better picture if you remove the protective plastic from the screen. So, the final thoughts are good picture, not great sound (get the sound bar) easy to use the apps. I am happy with this, as is a great upgrade from the old 46 inch.

We have had several Samsung TVs over the years, and this is by far the best. Incredible picture. Easy controls. Great remote - love the solar charging! Fast 120Hz refresh rate. Very happy.
