Great TV that is loaded with good features and apps. Easy set up with reasonable sound and excellent picture. The remote is a little difficult to use and takes a little time to get used to. A sound bar would help with the base tones but overall a good buy.

The TV was the perfect size for my living room. It handles darker colors from movies pretty well with my lighting. It also handles colors well as well and has good scaling there. The sound is pretty good as well for my living room so I don't need anything like an additional sound bar with the tv. The remote that comes with it seems novel in that it can charge from the solar light. It would be nice however to get a charger with the remote but Samsung doesn't include that with the tv. Overall, it's been a great purchase.

I replaced my 60" Vizio after 10 years as the chip died twice. I researched the best options out there and had previously purchased a Samsung. This model was recommended to me by a TV repairman. Coupled with my Samsung experience decided to take the plunge. So glad I did! Excellent picture quality, features, and ease of set up. I'm old school, I don't have patience for manuals and complexities. Hired someone to put it up and I just view with great pleasure. Purchased this on cyber Monday and was very happy with the pricing, warranty, and additional Best Buy warranty. I couldn't be more please with this purchase. I have had the TV for about 3 weeks now.

My favorite TV in the house. Colors are amazing, and comes with some great features. Many of my guests have commented on liking my TV and asking how much I paid for it. You can view two screens at once and even hear both volumes if you would like. My microwave is Samsung and I get alert that food is ready on the TV. It has a beautiful screensavers and you can make it look like a picture frame in your room. Great colors and clear pictures, worth what I paid for it. Easy to use. If you suffer from migraines you are able to adjust the color to what works for you. I am a migraine sufferer and I haven't had problems watching this TV.

This is a great TV, easily the best we have ever had. Setting up the cable box, Sonos Sound System, DVD player and additional hard drive was simple. Existing Netflix and Prime Video setup was easy too. Make sure to add the 4K HD option to Netflix. The price was very fair for what we received. We are happy we moved up to the Class Q80A Series over the Q70 Series for the same price after we viewed both on the floor, a major difference. Great value and glad we waited until the 2021 Model year before purchasing for less.

Would have preferred the 75 inch, but $500 more is too much for that screen size increase. Default picture settings are quite saturated. Brightness is very good, reduced it from the default setting also. Wish TVs these days still had some of the older plugs for input. Haven’t yet figured out how to not have Samsung TV channel start when TV is first turned on. Sometimes the image isn’t quite as clear where there’s a lot of activity in a small area on the screen, such as line of scrimmage in a football game, but it clears up quickly; it’s worth noting I don’t see that on the 4K channels. Almost no delay when first turning the TV on, which I really like. Haven’t yet figured out how to have a screen saver active. Had it almost a month. So far I like it quite well after having it almost a month.

Thank you for purchasing the Q80A TV and for your review. Please know that you can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Settings > General > Smart Features
1) When you set Autorun Smart Hub to on, the TV displays the Home Screen automatically when you turn the TV on. 2) If Autorun Last App is set to on, the last used app is automatically run when you turn on the TV. Please know that the Last App Used function may not work with all apps.

This is my second Samsung tv and I'm very impressed with this QLED model! The picture and visuals are quite impressive in 4K and the colors are vivid and clear! Just make sure to adjust the settings when you first start it because the factory settings are not utilizing the best of what this model offers. In the end this is an excellent tv with its 65 inch screen which is a perfect size for anyone!

It’s an awesome tv experience! Better sound with speakers in the front as well as the back. You can’t see them, but you’ll hear them. Crystal clear picture edge to edge. I bought the 65”. Like being at the movies. The remote is simple. Even w a remote from cable or satellite you’ll learn how to operate this tv. We havnt yet tried all the features most TVs don’t have. This one has it all. Incredible sound is especially good for the hearing impaired like us. Those front speakers throw the sound at you! If your looking for quality and value, this TV is for you.

So far, so good. I got this tv specifically for the 120 hz option for my Ps5 and Xbox series X. There's only one hdmi 2.1 port though, so you'll have to buy an hdmi 2.1 splitter to keep you from having to unplug one and plug in the other. Picture quality is wonderful and the colors pop beautifully. The speakers are really nice too for tv speakers. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Don't hesitate if you want this tv, just buy the geeksquad protection plan in case of malfunction.

I received my television today and it is a great television. I am very pleased with it. It is everything that it was advertised to be. I have had a Samsung 42” Plasma television for 12 years and never had any issue with it. I just decided to get a larger 4K HD big screen and I trust Samsung. It has really good picture quality, color, and sound. It has wide angle viewing and good for either a dark or bright room. You can’t go wrong with Samsung and Best Buy is the place to get it.

Great picture quality and color accuracy. This tv is in a super bright room and I thought it would be a bigger problem then it was, but I can still watch most content comfortably on super bright days. The only reason I give it four stars instead of five is because the "smart remote" fails to connect like 30% of the time. Not sure if it's because I have another Samsung TV in my house or there's just a bug in the programming.

If you experience any issues when watching TV in a bright room, we recommend turning on Adaptive Picture. Adaptive Picture gives you an optimized picture with a lighting system that automatically senses, reacts, and adjusts to the brightness of the space you're in.
To troubleshoot the connectivity issues you are experiencing with your remote, please try the following steps to reset your remote: 1) Long press the RETURN key and ENTER key together for about 10 seconds you’re your remote was once paired already with the TV, you do not need to re-pair it again. However, if it was not paired with the TV, pairing must be done after the reset. 2) The RETURN key is on the left side of your remote and looks like a curved, backwards pointing arrow. 3) The ENTER key is the button in the center of your directional ring.
