I am tough buyer when it comes to new technology. Always want to make sure I spend wisely on something that is indeed worth it and I picked this up for Black Friday. I have had a 55"in Vizio for about 5 years and decided to upgrade to Q80C. Stark difference in picture and quality. I thought I was happy with my Vizio but this is just night and day in quality. The Alexa function is a nice little bonus.

The picture on this QLED TV is so bright and vivid. I’m blown away the overall build quality also. Samsung is the only brand that I trust for TVs. I have an LCD that is 13 years old still works perfect. I absolutely love the pedestal stand on this TV as it creates a streamline look on my TV stand. Best Buy has been phenomenal with their service and communication.

The tv picture is very good. Has lots of adjustments to get it just the way you want it to look. I'm very picky about this. Navigating to find things is going to take some time. The manual is not especially helpful as it has no index. Tried to find how to turn off closed captioning and finally blundered into it. Not sure how. I think as i get more familiar with it it will get easier. Still how much is to add an index to a pdf manual. I run the sound through a home entertainment system so can't comment on that. I like the tv and recommend it but it will take time to learn

This tv replaced a 12 year old Samsung 60 inch. Whst a difference this makes!!! The sales force in Mishawaka were outstanding. Terrel was outstanding in answering all my questions via email. Randall our sales consultant explained the various festures of each tv and went above and beyond to get us the right tv. Matt and Boyle did an exc r llent job setting up oir tv and optimizing it for our real world living room.
