For the most part the TV works. I do get some odd network issues that has to be the TV as when I switch to the apple TV the selections work fine. My biggest issue has been connecting to the AVR. I tried everything and it would not work. Ultimately I caved and paid $129 for a Geek Squad visit. Nice people but they couldn’t fix it either. They suggested an optical cable for audio but didn’t have one in the truck. I went out and bought one and it still doesn’t work. The TV’s instructions are far from intuitive so I still don’t know if it’s me or the TV. But the lack of follow up from the Geek Squad for the money you spend is pitiful. I did complete a review and asked that they follow up. That was two weeks ago and I still have heard nothing. The picture on the TV is good but I wanted to push through the AVR and my built in speakers in the house are not producing sound so failure on Best Buy’s part to help.

I’m pleased with my choice. The picture is beautiful especially when watching UHD 4k programming on streaming services. Samsung platform is exceptional. So much to watch and easy to move around.

I have a few Samsung smart tv's and setting up a new one is a breeze once you sign in it grabs all your settings off your old tv. Picture Quality for the cost is excellent.

Ive had quiet a few smart tvs and this TV is by far the best one ive had and im positive they can only get better. Plus pairing it with a compatible samsung soundbar is nothing but amazing

Love this TV. The QLED is a big upgrade, very easy to see the visual difference. This TV does everything you need it to do. Easy to use apps. Always had good luck with Samsung

Love the quality of the picture. Only thing I was disappointed about is I didn't realize it no longer had the available Samsung channels. But overall very satisfied!

Great picture. Sound could be better, but I am very satisfied with product. Bought a 55" that was damaged. Was able to exchange for 65" at same price. This is way I shop at Best Buy!!

Haven’t bought a Samsung in awhile but thought I would try after friends recommended this one. Picture is crisp and clear, colors are sharp and bright.

First Samsung TV and not disappointed. Prefer the UI over the competition's. Picture quality is very good. This is replacing an OLED TV.

We love Samsung products. When we thought of buying a TV obviously Samsung came to our mind. Good clarity and sound. Samsung products are always picture perfect in our family frame.

Picture quality is fantastic. We love the 65" screen. Set up was not a problem and I'm no techie. Next purchase will be sound bar. I may never go to a theater again.

Great picture. Fast operating system for quick screen rate changes. An excellent option for home theater. It works well with my AV receiver.

It’s a fantastic tv, I was helped buy one of the employee at Best Buy to make my choice. It is a great choice great picture and features, it will take some time to learn it all. Two thumbs up

Needed to replace an older 60” Sony. This Samsung QLED 65” is a perfect upgrade, teamed with 3.5 Samsung soundbar. Really enjoying this one!

New Tv. It's huge. The picture is excellent. So glad we bought this. The sound was ok but too 1 dimensional for us. We were able to continue using our Bose sound system.

Sound Quality - Picture - Design all 5 stars as far as I am concerned....Why I waited to purchase this TV as long as I did - I don't know - still shaking my head
