Great TV! Quality picture and Features. Highly recommend this product.

I purchased this to replace an older TCL for a better gaming experience and a better all around viewing experience. Having had this television for a couple of months, I am not overall impressed with the "bang for the buck". The processor seems to be only mildly better than my old $600 TCL. In fairness, the gaming is better but the game mode is buggy and confusing at times. For instance, the sound has to be manually reset to tv mode after exiting game mode. The unit has frozen several times required the cord to be unplugged to respond. The remote is tiny and the controls are irritating at best. The sound from the speakers is good on a positive note. Several popular apps just do not work well on this unit. I cannot get the screensaver function to work and ambient mode is ridiculous to maneuver. The upscaling function is very slow and sometimes is laggy. Many of the shows and movies will only show in "widescreen" regardless of how I set it up. The wifi is absolute garbage. I regret purchasing this even at a highly reduced black Friday price. I have currently purchased another television to replace this unit in my living room and moved this to my bedroom.

Purchased this Tv to replace my Q60 i purchased in 2020. The colors are crisp and have lots of depth. Dark colors are actually dark and do t have that wierd gray hue to it. You can see very small details no matter your viewing angle. Very happy with the purchase. Might upgrade the bedroom tv to one of these too!

I’ve had great luck with Samsung TVs over the past 15 years, as I’ve owned 5 of them. This most recent 65” is good, but not great in my opinion. If if last 15 years, then I’ll change this review to “great”. It works and looks fine. But I think it’s a bit overpriced. I have a couple b and new, lower level Samsung models in the house that look just as good with all the same features. Do your research. You may not have to spend as much as you think.
