It’s an excellent price and it’s an excellent TV. The Geek Squad were extremely courteous, caring, friendly and helpful with the greatest of efficiency & professionalism, they were definitely a great professional team

Tv had good picture but about a year and a half later it won’t come on. Glad I bought the extended warranty. This is the third Samsung tv that goes out in about 8 years….. I don’t think I will buy Samsung tv again. But it does have a great picture when working. Geek squad coming in a few days.

Easy to set up, but harder to turn on captions. Operates very simply.

My Samsung purchase was great! The store associate was extremely helpful and made my purchase fun! Store was clean as well. Best Buy will always be my go to and number one priority for electronics!

The picture quality is good, but a little disappointed with the sound.

The tv is so nice, the ambient screen is fun for during the day or for parties. Good for watching shows or playing games. Only thing that is kind of a negative is that it seems kind of quiet compared to our old tv.

I have had this TV for over a month and I love it! You can’t beat it for the money and the operating system is extremely user friendly and app agnostic (GoogleTV, Firestick, and AppleTV users know what I’m talking about!).

I had to exchange this tv because it was freezing a few times out of the box. Also, couldn’t connect to a samsung soundbar with hdmi.

Excellent job by Geek staff. I'm happy with my new Samsung TV. Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. They taught me how to use the new remote together with my cable remote.

Really impressed, but so much to learn for an older person with our first "smart tv". Not real happy with the remote provided, but found another "universal" remote that makes learning easier

Awesome size this 65". It gives me that movie theater vibe in my 10×10 room.

I only buy Samsung TV’s and this one does not disappoint. Navigation is easy and the streaming is good quality (Spectrum). The installation crew was the best I have ever had, pleasant, neat and knowledgeable.

Sound, picture, features you name it are just so incredible it’s insane. I did loads of research on which tv I should get and this is ultimately beyond what the internet tells you.
