Samsung says to turn off the 120hrz, turn off hdr10, and make sure to use hdmi port 4. Tried these, tried resetting. Nothing works. The reason i bought the tv is to play video games. And they want you to do it in 60hz not 120. Turn off the tvs selling features. The TV was over 1000. Our sony doesn’t have this issue. Our 2011 samsung never had isdues but it didn’t have these features. We still have the 2011, it just doesn’t have 4k or 120hz. Wish i bought the Sony.

HDMI port 3 quit working on 09.24.25. Samsung says TV is out of warranty and any service or repair will be at my expense. So now my Sonos Arc soundbar won’t connect. Will have to try an optical cable I guess Have had at least 5 Samsung TVs over the years and this one is by far the worst. I have a 15 year old Samsung that still works perfect and will not die. Guess their quality has gone down hill or I just got a lemon
