I don’t care for the remote it’s solar powered so if anything happens you have to call Samsung but they are really great.

Also, the technician was proficient and precise he asked me exactly where I would like my TV mounted and he installed it superbly. So glad I purchased it from Best Buy will definitely keep buying my electronics from Best Buy
