    I love the features of the Samsung tv. Switching from hdmi devices to stream different services was a pain on my old tv, the new Samsung tv has all of the apps and games available to download.

    I couldn't wait to get this home. It was replacing my other tv that i had for about 3 or 4 years. I expected to be blown away by the picture quality difference but i wasnt. It looks super nice but the quality difference wasnt overly noticeable

    Few reviews already saying as i am. Bought 65 in qled tiny base to hold it up. 2 al crashes down lands on xbox x cracking screen all over and all 4 screw attached to bade snapped sheared off. Neither samsung or best buy replace or even discount after 3 months on a 1 year wRranty. Throw hard earned money away dont buy samsung and even if u buy best buy warranty extra$$$ doesnt cover base wifh tv snapping and damaging your tv equip, xbox, speakers, my glasses that were under it all crushex by weight. Then to move and get scratched on glass n sharp edge of tv and screen from imos t dropping 3 feet in front. But its consumers fault they built crap base ipad size to homd 65 inch tv weight. Not their mnf defect on phone over 5 hour 3 days goes nowhere. Hate samsung hate sony too but sony lasted 10 years last 2 cause issues samsung cant even keep upright 3 months. Suggestion !!!!!! STEER CLEAR OF SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE RESOLVES NOTHING NOR DOES SUPERVISOR!

    Decent screen on a terrible smart tv

    The screen itself was pretty good, which is to be expected of such an expensive TV. It was not anything exceptional but it was enough that I was satisfied with the purchase. I typically stay away from all Samsung products ever since their quality took a nose dive several years ago but I gave them another shot when I bought this tv. I regretted it almost immediately. Despite the TV having amazing built in WiFi (around 100mps download) the image quality was constantly going between extremely low/high and every single streaming service (including Samsung TV+) was constantly disconnecting or stuttering. It could barely use AirPlay and would disconnect within a few minutes every time. I have great internet and none of my devices ever have problems. This problem alone was not enough for me to immediately return the TV because of my extended holiday return period . Within about a month and a half of having the tv, it would just stop having audio with or without the soundbar being plugged in (once again, not a hardware issue, just horrible software). When I tried to go into settings to see what the deal was, I discovered that the settings menu no longer worked. The menu would pull up, but would be totally blank and freeze up the tv. No way to even see if a factory reset could fix it without being able to go into settings. This happened outside of the typical return period so I would advise against anyone buying any samsung tv. I replaced it with a $400 65" TCL QLED. Save your money or buy an expensive model from almost any other brand.
