We have found thru experience that Samsung makes a very dependable quality tv. We have moved from one residence to another, no problem, and we are tv freaks so tvs are on 15-20 hours a day.

Amazing addition to my living room. It replaced a 55 inch. Set up and use was super easy. Samsung's new interactive homepage is also an improvement from the old.

Easy to set up streaming and will work with Direct TV stream. Had the TV up and viewing in less than 20 minutes. Quality is great .

Not a bad TV but bad customer service in the store. When I ordered a TV in the store online I was shown that delivery is not available for my address and had to go myself. I mistakenly did not inspect the TV in the store, and I strongly recommend you to do so, I hoped for the decency of best bay but when I brought and opened the TV I noticed a small barely noticeable chip in the corner. I'm sure it's a factory defect, but the store salesmen and the manager are stupid robots who insist that it's because the TV was traveling with the screen up. Although according to the laws of physics such damage is simply impossible to get if you transport the TV with the screen up and even in such protection in which the TV comes from the factory. The TV itself works perfectly, but the guys just do not want to bother with returning the TV to the factory and they reproached me in every possible way that I did not order delivery from them. Although it was simply not available!

The TV is fine. The Best Buy service to have it mounted was $400 and there was damage done to my area above the fireplace. The man was super nice but he said I would need to hire someone to fix it.

This TV is a great for anyone who's looking to purchase a premium television for a not so premium price. It has built in Dolby Atmos on the 65 inch model and it sounds incredible. It has Amazon Alexa built in as well. If you have a smart watch, you can control it with that also. Gaming at 120hz makes a difference, try it! Definitely worth it! Watching movies on this TV, I was in awe of how far technology has come. Enjoy!

This TV has great visual fidelity, a high refresh rate, and amazing color. It's absolutely HUGE in my living room and I plan to get another for the bedroom! I initially had a small technical issue with it, and Samsung support was quick to respond and remedy the situation!

This was a gift for my 98 yr old mother. It replaced an older Samsung that she blow out the sound due to her hearing loss. This is our 5th Samsung tv and it didn’t disappoint! The color is vibrant and easy to operate. I also purchased the soundbar and it’s like watching a movie in an open theater. Love it!!!

Sound is great, Picture is great. I have had it for several months now, I use it for a lot of gaming and movies and the quality is amazing. The refresh rate is perfect for that smooth picture in games. I don't need anything better than this. i would definitely recommend this TV.
