TV is incredible and was easy to setup. The remote is small but will be using able remote mote of the time. The image is incredible and the sound is so good I don’t need sound bar anymore.

The Samsung q80d has a fantastic picture, great sound, was very easy to set up, and looks awesome in my home. The Samsung solar remote works great, includes a power level indicator in the menu to let you know if it needs recharging, and the hands-free bixby voice command feature works perfectly. You can use it to change channels, volume, switch between apps, set the sleep timer, and check local weather all hands-free. The picture out-of-the-box needed a little fine tuning, but now its perfect. Just turn off some of the energy saving features and fine tune to your preferences to get an outstanding picture. The sound is excellent and no additional sound bar was needed in my case. Extremely happy with this TV and highly recommend it.

I got the TV to upgrade (mostly for my PS5) from my previous TV. I find the picture quality to be excellent, speakers work great with clear output, and I love the game mode pop-up that shows what the game graphics input and a simple menus to change some settings. Only a couple things i don't care for. 1- After turning the TV on, it goes to the last input you had it on. Even when that's not what you have it set to do. Kept turning my PlayStation on even when I wasn't planning to play. I just started changing over to "Samsung TV Plus"before turning the TV off. 2- I thought it supported Google play. It doesn't. I can get most of my streaming apps except HiDive. I just stream it from my tablet. Not that big a deal. 3- I like the voice control. Sometimes it miss hard me and either brings up a random menu or says i can't do that. Fewer times it doesn't seem to hear me at all. It's OK. I know how to use a remote. Overall, still a great TV.

This tv has vivid colors and a crystal clear picture. I also use philips hue lights and it seamlessly works with them as well. HIghly recommend this tv.

The picture quality on this TV is incredible — bright, sharp, and perfect for both movies and sports. The sound is better than expected, and it looks sleek in the living room. Super easy to use with all the streaming apps built in. Definitely glad I chose this Samsung!

After dialing in the settings I am very happy with the picture on my new TV. We have a small room and 65in is the best size for viewing. The 75in would have been OK but the price was close to double. This TV replaced a 65 in LG OLED I bought in 2018 which still had mostly a good picture but had several green streaks from burn in which was common in this model. The Samsung QLED's picture is almost as good as OLED but is $1600 less expensive. I'm very happy with this model

I learned a lot about TVs that day from 4 stores. There’s a lot to choose from! This tv was a successful choice! The picture is super clear, the color is beautiful, and it’s smarter than me! Unpacking and putting the stand up was time consuming but programming it was easy! Over a month later, I still like it- that means a lot! I recommend this tv.

The most affordable option you can get without spending too much money. This TV have native 120Hz, very nice picture and sound, all modern tech included.

Good TV with many options. We just hope the Tizen OS does not get outdated and not work like our 2017 Samsung. The picture is very clear. One complaint would be the Remote. It does not have any lights on it which is bad for night viewing.

Got the TV on the sale around black Friday and very happy with how nice it is. Full array and 120hz make movies great, different modes are great for when it's bright out to see and put it on movie mode at night. Would recommend, definitely pair it with a decent sound bar.

Buying process was smooth. Installation assistance was on time and smooth. Picture is great. Did buy a sound bar which the tech recommended since the speakers are in the back of the tv. However, I guess due to our age.....we do not like this tiny little remote. We can't find anything we are looking for. Other than that, good buy.

The best TV. Image quality, Software and color. The best option for PS5, the games look incredible. It is the best compared to more expensive TVs. If you like to enjoy HDR at 120hz Q80D is the best.

The picture quality is stunning and the auto brightness handles any room lighting. Its interface is smooth and responsive, making it super easy to jump between apps. Gaming on this thing is next level too, I use my PS5 with it almost everyday. If you’re after a premium 4K experience and a bit of a gamer, I definitely recommend this in this price range. Though I got an open-box product for a little less price, its very good and I am loving it.

Bought this TV on sale and it has been used as our main TV for a year now. I have thoroughly enjoyed this TV and every guest I have over always compliments the picture quality. The stand it sits on also feels very premium. My two negatives I have for the TV is I’m not the biggest fan of the remote being so minimalistic, but that’s more personal preference than an actual problem. Also, some apps appear to have network issues, now whether that is network related or app issues is undetermined, but it still affects the usability of the TV. Every so often some apps will just stop working for a few seconds due to a “network error” and then continue working shortly after. All in all I would definitely recommend this TV and would buy it again.

We bought this tv after our 7-year-old Sampson tv stopped working following a power surge. I chose this because of all the very positive comments and people were not wrong! The picture quality is just amazing. We have a sound system so I don't know what the sound is like without it. I need to give a shout-out to Neil and Zoe who first came out for the install. We unknowingly needed electrical work done before the install so they set the tv up so we could watch it and then arranged for a second visit to mount the tv after the electrical work was done. Neil also suggested we purchase a surge protector for that outlet and installed it for us. We couldn't be happier!!!
