The technology for the price that is posted at the time of pur hase made it a great buy. Perfect image quality

Excellent picture quality, colors just pop on the screen. The only negative is that the remote seemingly was made for someone with very small hands and extremely good eyesight.

Great picture quality right out of the box. It took a little bit to dial it in for my preferences but fairly simple settings menu.
I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for an upgrade!

It just didn't have the picture I was looking for. Color was vibrant but I could see a lapse on some movement. Also, the sound was lacking. It definitely needs a sound bar which just adds to the cost. Overall a good tv for the money.

We love our new TV. The simplicity of connecting, vivid colors, sharpness, the ease with the stand in the middle for better balance, sounds great and love the sliminess.

This is a really good tv overall and has a lot of good options available. Is it the best? No, however it is a good balance of new technology at a decent price. The fluctuating volume can take a bit to get used to and if you have dogs can lead to an unpleasant surprise if they start to bark.
Thank you for sharing your experience with volume fluctuations. Please try the following which may help resolve this:
1. Turn off the Sound Sensor switch by using the button at the bottom of the TV, beneath the Samsung logo. With the TV on, you can push the button to the left to turn the sound sensor on or to the right to turn it off. 2. Try disabling some of the TV's intelligent functions, as these will automatically analyze and adjust your sound which may cause your volume to fluctuate. Go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings and select Intelligent Mode to turn off all the functions or select each option to turn it off. 3. Please also make sure your TV’s firmware is updated. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
I hope these tips help. If you need further assistance, please reach out to Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM - 12AM EST, 7 days a week. Or visit us on the Samsung website and click on the ‘Support’ link for: • LiveChat • Manuals, Software, & Warranty Info

Fine experience, except TV pauses on occasions to ask questions. Voice instructions are prohibited in setup, but TV forgets on occasions.
