Beware if Best Buy

This is about Best Buy’s false marketing practices that duped me out of $100, which, for me, is a lot. I purchased this on a clearly advertised early or pre Black Friday sale. A few days after the return period expired, they re-advertised it as part of an early Black Friday sale for $100 less. Online they have a stated exception for price adjustments after the return period if it was purchased as part of this type of early holiday sale. The agent, who was condescending and repeated herself without acknowledging that maybe there is a possibility that I am referencing another relevant policy wasted my time. I found her tone offensive. I think this is an unconscionable way to treat customers, especially when you bombard us with multiple sales and changing prices for the same items over weeks. The only thing that affords us confidence to buy is the belief that we will be treated fairly in these circumstances. I wasn’t. Shame on you for taking another $100 out of my pocket when everything is already ridiculously high priced.

tv is glitchy and freezes

Frustrated

The one delivered is about 10 inches too big and the picture quality is terrible!!!!!! Also the installation was basic and does not work with the remote I bought from you a short while ago. Please remove thisbad TV and letsdiscuss one the size of the one I had and of a picture quality that is higher.

Hate it!!!!

It’s annoying, it mutes itself, doesn’t follow commands, I delete apps and they download again. The control works half of the time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. SAMSUNG NEVER AGAIN!

Cancelled orders

I went online and reordered. The delivery date and time of delivery passed I called again and was told the order was cancelled, no reason was found. After this I decided not to do anything--very disappointed.
