Tv is very good just as I expected perfectly fitting in my hall, quality of video is good, It requires a sound bar for audio for better experience

The picture is very clear and crisp! As I am somewhat technologically challenged, my son in law helped me to set this up and connect the soundbar and Dish Network to the TV. There are a LOT of features on this TV, so patience is a must when learning a new system! So far I am pleased with the quality of the picture, the speed and ease of loading apps and movies, and the size is perfect in my living room! Great viewing from all angles, even in the sunlight!

Great Product!! I would highly recommend Best Buy and the Samsung product. The TV is clear and colors are great. This TV was a replacement for our Master Bedroom TV and we are so happy with the clarity, easy function etc. We also just recently purchased another TV from Best Buy for our Family room 77"

Solid pickup. The picture’s bright, sharp, and deep. Mini LED really pulls its weight here. Blacks look great, colors pop, and HDR hits hard without being overblown. The AI enhancements don’t feel gimmicky; they actually help dial things in scene by scene. Huge upgrade from my old Vizio. Night and day difference in clarity, speed, and features.

Just purchased my brand new Samsung smart TV. Just in time for the football season. The quality of the picture of this smart TV is amazing. In addition, getting to any streaming apps are so easy.

Love this tv. We had an LG smart tv from Best Buy for about 5 years and it had a blue tint to every channel in a bright room. We moved it to a dark room and it still has a blue tint. This tv is great.

Bought this as a replacement for a 60-inch Samsung TV bought 10+ years ago from Best Buy that finally failed. The new 65-inch Samsung has all the new features the old one didn't. Being able to connect to the latest offerings is a definite upgrade. The Mini LED provides an amazing picture that doesn't wash out even in a bright lit room. Best Buy offered it at a great price but did not have it in stock at my store. They did deliver the new TV directly to the inside of my house at no additional charge. I did not use the installation feature offered by Geek Squad, but installation was not a problem. I used the same wall mount from the previous TV, which transferred with no issues. My sales representative Alec was knowledgeable and took time to show me all the different models from Sony, LG, TCL, Hisense, and Samsung. I chose Samsung from the group due to price, features, and past experience with the brand.

Delivered on August 18, 2025. We are very pleased with Samsung TV. We have not explored all the options it has but what we have used we have found the sound excellent (I wear hearing aids) so for me to say this, it is excellent. Picture and processor is great. We are enjoying this Samsung TV.

My new Samsung tv has excellent picture quality and sound. Although I have a sound box attached to my new tv, I find that I don’t really need it except when watching a movie in which I want ro accentuate the base etc. Also the picture is extremely clear and colors are extremely vivid and bright. I am very happy with my new tv.

Upgrade form Sony Brava mainly for apps and Samsung + APPs so much easer to use then Sony faster great picture. We have 3 Samsung TV's and this is the only brand I will buy moving forward

I love my 65 in tv. I just retired from my job of 22 years and I treated myself and got me a big TV that I always wanted. I’m a senior citizen and oh I just love my TV. I’ve been enjoying it every day and the service guys that came out Daniel and the other guy did a great job setting it up. It’s the best gift I could ever give myself and Best Buy is number one store in my heart. Love shopping at Best Buy.♥️

This is the Goldilocks TV – – just right, not too big, not too small, not too expensive and not cheap. I have it placed near a window in my home where the sun shines in and the TV is still very bright and visible and looks fantastic. You probably will want to get a sound bar with it.
