The remote is touchy and just picking it up and moving it can get me into something I have no idea how to get out of - but learning.

The other issue is sound. did not have issues with the old plasma tv. The sound on this Qled TV for me is just FINE, the TV speakers sound great. But for my husband (he is hard of hearing and needs it to use his headphones) so we had to go through the optical, some channels are so low he can't get enough volume up. Went through steps to fix it, per the online manual, but still can't get volume up. So many tv's and amps now have NO separate headphone, it either cuts off TV speakers for everyone else, or it just doesn't accommodate the hard of hearing or someone who wants it louder than everyone else. especially with older people who need volume and close caption. These people watch more TV than the young people these days.

Thank you for sharing your review. First, to ensure your TV's performance is fully optimized, please check if a software update is available: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update
Tips to optimize audio:
1. Turn on the external audio device before connecting the optical cable if possible.
2. Manually change the Sound Output: Home > left directional key > Settings > Sound Output, then press Select to toggle between modes. Choose the source labeled Optical.
3. Turn off Auto Volume if you want to control volume through a soundbar or external speakers. Using Auto Volume with external speakers may prevent proper volume control on the external device.
4. Turn off the Sound Sensor using the toggle switch on the TV (near/below the Samsung logo).
5. Disable AI sound features: Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings > AI Mode
6. You may also enable Simultaneous Optical Output, which allows both the device connected via optical and your TV’s speakers to play sound at the same time: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings
Please note: Most optical headphones require a DAC (digital-to-analog converter) built into the headset or adapter to convert the optical signal into audio. Even then, the volume control is usually on the headset itself, not the TV. Optical outputs transmit a fixed digital audio signal, so any adjustments made through the TV’s settings – including Auto Volume – will not affect this signal. As a result, volume levels on optical headphones may remain inconsistent, especially when switching between content with different audio levels.
Another option is to use a Bluetooth headset, as your TV supports Multi-output Audio, allowing simultaneous sound through both the TV speakers and Bluetooth headphones. You can adjust each audio output independently – for example, keeping the TV volume lower while boosting volume on your headphones. To enable: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Multi-output Audio

It gives a great picture for streaming shows and movies. It's even better when gaming as it has an AI feature that upscales games to 4k resolution and it offers up to 120hz. Definitely worth it!!

This is also a performer. Had to do a bit of picture modification at the outset but the facial and color tones are excellent now.

Easy installation and setup. Fit onto my existing versa wall mount with no problem. Great picture and color, good UI, quick load times. Looks great for video games too using game mode.

While many of the newer tvs no longer have the optical output this one does. This is important to me as a hearing aid wearer so that i can set up a streamer and be able to better hear the audio on the tv. We love Samsung products and this tv does not disappoint.

This picture is wonderful. I do find the user interface more cumbersome than my Sony was, but time will correct this perhaps. The set up was easy with some on screen help and everything was boxed well.
