We are still trying to get it fixed or replaced…it’s now been over 4 months

Absolutely the best TV I've ever owned. I considered other brands. I'm happy I chose this one. Remote control took some getting used to, though.

Their Geek Squad sent Zack and Click to do this work. They were fantastic! So I got a great purchase price on a state-of-the-art 8K super high definition TV, as well as two very accommodating and highly professional techs to install it. Best Buy has it all together. Why would you buy electronics anyplace else?

The user interface is slow, sluggish, unresponsive at times and I’m consistently having to delete apps and reinstall them to make them work. The remote is the biggest piece of garbage I’ve ever had, its “solar charging capability” doesn’t work, and I have to fully charge it on a cable about every 4 hours or it’s dead. And of course Samsungs customer service has been zero help. For the money, go with something else. As I’ve said the picture quality is great but there are other competitors that match that without the above issues.

The defect is somewhere inside so that I have to take off the back panel and re-soder something for it to work. It’s seven months old! This is in addition to the speaker design flaw that vibrates the whole television! BEST BUY SHOULD NOT SELL THIS DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
