Nice tv and great picture. Noticed on install a lot of flex with the screen. I have never experienced this before but it will take some getting use to. Also purchased LG oled Gallery series for the bedroom and picture on oled is far superior to the Samsung. I was hopeful for the Neo QLED by Samsung but realize they have a long way to go. I wanted the 9 series but didn't want to wait 2 weeks from never to receive it. We were told the Samsung would perform better in a bright living room and yes it has great brightness but quality is sacrificed. Comes with a control box that I will have to get separate brackets for a wall mount. Since the tv is mounted above wood stove it needed a down angle. Where factory holes are would make the tv stick out from wall more than my liking. Purchased Samsung sound bar and made set-up super easy because remote is integrated from factory to work with tv remote.

This TV is truly amazing. Samsung offers every app. You can imagine from streaming movies to streaming video games even web browsers. The 8k clarity is unlike anything I've ever seen before and the 120hz at 4k pixelation is beautiful. Movie and games blow me away each and every time i use this tv. Samsung did such a great job i wont want anything but samsung ever again.

I wasn't sure about 8K tv's and why they are being made, but once you have one, you won't want to go back. I've seen the latest LG OLED's and the Samsung S95B QD-OLED, but I don't want to give up my 8k tv! It's more about how clean 4K movies are when upscaled to 8K that gets you, not the very few and far in between 8k content. It's just so clean. I love the breakout box for the ports, which makes the tv easy to wall mount almost flush. Samsung used to get a bad rap, but they've changed me. I used to be a Sony and LG OLED man, but after my Z9F UI Lag issues and constant need for restart, plus my B6 OLED burn-in, I'm now a Samsung guy! Hard to beat mini-led for brightness, color, darks and zero burn-in risks. Besides, look at OLED in some of the darkest scenes in popular shows like Ozark and GoT, you can't see anything! You can turn brightess down or up on the Samsung, can't do that on OLED, because it only get's so bright to prevent burn-in. Enough about OLED, why don't you have an 8K tv? Get the 800B when it goes on sale and never mind the marketing and hype of the others.

Excellent image and sound . I did not have the opportunity to test it completely but I was very happy since it recognized my old Samsung Blu-ray! Not only the 8k UHD have a GREAT quality picture, but also it upgraded the quality of a movie in my old Samsung Blu-Ray! The Geek Squad team was superb!! Efficient and very nice!

Amazing! I went to buy another brand tv. I seen how the brightness and the contrast doesn’t change by any angle you sit at. Also the I needed a tv for my bright living. It was hands down best!!!!

The new Samsung QN800A is a masterpiece of technology and really brings the concept of a TV to a whole new level. Starting with the design, this tv is slender with only a 0.7" width it is the first truly flat tv monitor I've ever seen. There is barely a bezel and what bezel is there is where the sound terminated from. It is such a simple yet elegant design that will look amazing in any room. Samsung has outdone itself with the design. The TV is able to be so thin and flat because the components, hookups, and power are all external in the One Connect which attaches with a single very thin wire. It's an engineering marvel and quite an accomplishment to send all the signals and power through a wire that is not even a 1/4" in circumference! This feature alone makes the TV worth purchasing as it allows the Samsung QN800A to hang on a wall and all your devices can be in a cabinet with just a single wire to the TV. This is perfect for those of us that want to keep everything neat and hide away all the clutter and mess of wires. Once you turn on the TV you will notice the picture quality and brightness, everything is sharp and vibrant and what you would expect from 8K. I didn't have any 8K content to test but it seems to upscale the content very well and 4K content looks mesmerizing. The TV remote is small and simple to use with an interface that is intuitive and works well. I really liked the Samsung TV Plus which provides a bunch of live TV channels and is the answer for the cord-cutters out there. The content is great and I feel like it's a perfect replacement to cable or satellite programming and the future. It even comes with a Guide so you can pick and choose what you want to watch easily. The Multiview feature is really interesting, you can watch multiple programs at a time and switch which audio you listen to while watching multiple shows. It will make Football season even better. With the Smart Things integration, all my other Samsung devices like the Powerbot vacuum and washer and dryer show up and are available, it is the hub for a truly smart home! Samsung has done an amazing job and at the top of their game. This is the best TV I've ever experienced and the features technology, and style just can't be beaten.

Love the Tv but wish the remote came with the charging cable like my other Samsung tv did. Other then that the tv has been performing great with no issues.

Very happy with this tv. Easy setup instructions. I enjoy the ambient mode and personalized screens. I downloaded the smarthings app which is free to download to be able to put pictures from my phone onto the tv. It displays up to 50 pictures on the tv. I uploaded them from phone and it displayed them one at a time changing the picture about every 20 seconds(The picture below is of my husband and son roasting marshmallows over the fire is one of the personalized pictures I sent to the tv). While in the smartThings app you have to sign up or sign in with your samsung login. Then it finds your tv easily through your wifi connection. From there every time you open the app your tv will be displayed then you just click on your tv. From there it app allows you to use it as a remote, to change from artwork or personal pictures in ambient mode, switch between apps, and universal guide showing you tv and movie recommendations. Watching the latest movies on this is beautiful. This is the 4k120hz screen I have been waiting for. Zero connection or display errors which you will find on other brands. The simple console connection design makes input connections easy. I love that the remote is solar charged so no batteries! The hub box works awesome to keep all the wires that you hook up to the tv out of the way so it doesn't look so messy. I also went under my iphone settings and bluetooth and found the tv. I clicked on it and connected it to my tv which was listed. This allowed me to play music from my phone right on the tv easily! It plays a background display while music plays or you can make the music box smaller at the top screen while you do other stuff on the tv as well. I also like you can add apps and rearrange them according to how you use them. We use our tv for gaming, streaming from phone, watching movies/tv, etc. Everything looks so good on it!

I bought samsung QN800 8K tv 65 inches but it was the only one available in east brunswik store. However the tv was completely broken from the back because someone pulled it out of wall mount and placed it in the box. Even the screen was also broken. Did not expect this after payming huge amounts. Customer care helped in replacement though

Absolute nightmare of a purchase on an open box. Drove 4 hours round trip to the store for a tv in Excellent condition "no damage" and well you'll see in the pictures what I opened up. Cleary whoever returned this TV smashed and no one in the store checked it and this is what I got.

Best TV ever! Go with this one without a doubt! Amazing picture quality, the remote control is very chic, love the brightness. Highly impressed with new features that are innovative and convenient for gaming. Such as multi-view and the auto-detect GameMode. The sound quality is perfect and I don't need to get a soundbar. The audio is smart and it is automatically adjusted based on the scene. You can easily AirPlay your phone on TV, or watch any of the TV apps of your interest. Another feature that also made me really happy is that this large TV has a centered stand, which lets you fit it on any TV stand. I highly recommended it to all my family friends.

Samsung - 65" Class QN800A Series Neo QLED 8K UHD Smart Tizen TV Randy and I purchased this TV, some time ago. We have been so impressed with the preformance of it. Not only the picture quality, but the over sound, clarity, color, and simplicity of operation. We were so impressed with the knowledge of the sales associate Johnny Lopez, System Designer, Best Buy Tulsa. He was so knowledgeable, about any of the TV's Randy look at, and was able to answer any question, we had. Such a great associate and informed person, no only making you feel comfortable, but erases any issues, we had with the purchase of this TV. We have had the TV for almost a month now. . .it is awesome. . .seems to get better each and every day, if that is possible. We have been enjoying our many College and NFL Football Games. . .and the overall pictures, is one of almost being in the game itself. We also want to share, that Mr Lopez, told us that an independent party, not from Best Buy would deliver the TV. Thinking he meant. . .a company we were astonished to see a young man with a truck. . .BY Himself, deliver the TV, carry it in by himself, and set it up. He was so kind and thoughtful, making sure we knew about the TV, and what he was doing. He told us he had never put this type of TV together, but that did not stop him for a minute, he. . .read over the instructions, and started to put the stand together, then proceeded to place it carefully on the stand and go to setting it up. Step by Step, he explained and answered any questions, we had. . .and told us what he was doing and why. We were so impressed with him. . .I want to say, I remember his name but I don't but you should have records on who delivered it, that was not a Best Buy Associate.. . .He told us his name and I have since forgotten, cause I already wrote a review right after we go the tv. Outstanding service and assembly, plus instructions, to make sure we understoon how to work this tv, showing us the remote and how it works. . . .carefully. Thank you so much for both of the people we interacted with. . .the sales associate Mr. Lopez and the young man who delivered it. Talk about outstanding Customer Service, these two young people were at the top of their game. . .and very good. Sure makes a customer happy when they took such good care and were so kind. I love this tv. Picture quality is quite good, not exceptional as a lot of the time I’m streaming. Watched a few things in 8k and that’s where it really starts to shine. Sound out of the speakers is okay at best but I have a soundbar.

Last 1 and half years im using this tv picture quality soo good sound quality so good today i purchased another one for my room i love 8k experience so good now im watching actual tv ❤️❤️❤️
