    Nice tv and great picture. Noticed on install a lot of flex with the screen. I have never experienced this before but it will take some getting use to. Also purchased LG oled Gallery series for the bedroom and picture on oled is far superior to the Samsung. I was hopeful for the Neo QLED by Samsung but realize they have a long way to go. I wanted the 9 series but didn't want to wait 2 weeks from never to receive it. We were told the Samsung would perform better in a bright living room and yes it has great brightness but quality is sacrificed. Comes with a control box that I will have to get separate brackets for a wall mount. Since the tv is mounted above wood stove it needed a down angle. Where factory holes are would make the tv stick out from wall more than my liking. Purchased Samsung sound bar and made set-up super easy because remote is integrated from factory to work with tv remote.

      Thank you for your review of the QN800A Neo QLED 8K TV. Neo QLED uses advanced AI to analyze your content and bring you hyper focused brightness and dimming in all the right areas.

      You can choose from different Picture Modes to suit your preferences. Go to Home > Settings > Picture > Picture Mode to choose from (Standard, Natural, Movie, Dynamic, & Filmmaker Mode. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.)

      Intelligent Mode enables the TV to recognize and analyze the surroundings, noise, content, and your usage patterns to provide the best viewing experience. You can enable Intelligent Mode by going to Home > Settings > General > Intelligent Mode Settings. Adaptive Picture, which is among the options, optimizes brightness and provides the best picture quality in real time, based on the lighting condition and your content.

      To ensure that your TV’s picture is optimized, be sure that you are always running the latest firmware update. You can check this by going to Settings > Support > Software Update or you can enable Auto Update for convenience.

    Amazing! I went to buy another brand tv. I seen how the brightness and the contrast doesn’t change by any angle you sit at. Also the I needed a tv for my bright living. It was hands down best!!!!

    Excellent image and sound . I did not have the opportunity to test it completely but I was very happy since it recognized my old Samsung Blu-ray! Not only the 8k UHD have a GREAT quality picture, but also it upgraded the quality of a movie in my old Samsung Blu-Ray! The Geek Squad team was superb!! Efficient and very nice!

    Completely broken TV was handed over

    I bought samsung QN800 8K tv 65 inches but it was the only one available in east brunswik store. However the tv was completely broken from the back because someone pulled it out of wall mount and placed it in the box. Even the screen was also broken. Did not expect this after payming huge amounts. Customer care helped in replacement though

    Nightmare

    Absolute nightmare of a purchase on an open box. Drove 4 hours round trip to the store for a tv in Excellent condition "no damage" and well you'll see in the pictures what I opened up. Cleary whoever returned this TV smashed and no one in the store checked it and this is what I got.

    Incredible picture for a great price. Unfortunately, you will probably not be able to purchase it because I think I bought the last one in existence. The speakers are located on the back of the TV so you will want a sound bar to go with this TV. The One Connect box allows for a clean look and ability to use shorter HDMI 2.1 cables to connect your hardware devices.

    Best TV ever! Go with this one without a doubt! Amazing picture quality, the remote control is very chic, love the brightness. Highly impressed with new features that are innovative and convenient for gaming. Such as multi-view and the auto-detect GameMode. The sound quality is perfect and I don't need to get a soundbar. The audio is smart and it is automatically adjusted based on the scene. You can easily AirPlay your phone on TV, or watch any of the TV apps of your interest. Another feature that also made me really happy is that this large TV has a centered stand, which lets you fit it on any TV stand. I highly recommended it to all my family friends.

    We live in a very rural area so it’s hard to find businesses willing to come to our house. We recently purchased a new 65” TV and new sound bar from Best Buy in Christiansburg, VA. The sales people were so kind, helpful and professional. They arranged for Geek Squad installers to deliver and install our new TV and existing sound bar, not only putting it up on the wall for us, but moving our old TV to another room, putting it on the wall, and installing a new sound bar. The installers were so nice, polite, thorough, and kind to us. They made sure that when they left, they had both TVs working smoothly. We are so pleased with our new TV and have had no problems with it. We will certainly purchase from Best Buy in the future. Thanks to all who helped us.

    TV is Great, Jalen, the guy who sold me the TV was awesome and was very informative and helpful. Especially with the credit card process. The pick up guy was not helpful at all, seemed like he had an attitude and didn't want to be there. Didn't help me hardly with putting the 65 inch tv in my truck. So with the pick guy, I give this a four star. Not the Tv or Jalen. They are 5 stars.

    Excellent tv great colors, clear imaging one problem is the volume it always needs adjusting depending on what’s being watched. It also require practice learning how everything works the control stick it was worth the investment my grandson loves it.

    Great TV for the early adopter. I mostly watch sports and play video games (PS5), the 4K picture quality is consistent and clear. As with most new Samsungs, the remote is able to control the TV, streaming devices (Roku) and even gaming consoles. Not much 8K content currently out besides streaming videos through YouTube, but the technology will eventually become mainstream with much more readily available content to view. Bought this model when it was on a 50% sale and have been enjoying ever since.

    This tv is great. First, I bought a prior model, got home, set it up, and there was a dark spot in the screen. The best buy manager took care of me, and let us get another model at a discounted price. Yes, it cost more, but there was zero hassle.

    The visuals on this TV are INSANE! Bought specifically for next-gen gaming and 120fps is like butter. Darks are midnight, and the brights are sun rays, audio is average but nothing a soundbar can’t revive. Tv build itself is sleek and modern and setup is as simple as a few click on your cell. Just as I thought gaming would be the highlight of this tech, I took some time to watch high quality shows like Loki, See, and Dune and the tv simply put on a talent show. 100% recommend!

    I bought this tv 2 months ago. It’s GREAT. THE WHOLE FAMILY IS ENJOYING IT. HAVE TWO OTHER 65 in 4 k They are good. I THOUGHT YOU COULDNT GET A BETTER PIC. BUT THIS 8 K IS AWSOME I TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT FOR YOUR VIEWING PLEASURE

    After much research this appeared to be one of the best TVs for a bright room due to how bright it gets plus the anti-glare screen. And those two features do work very well. The picture also looks great when it looks great. That is unless we are watching shows with very dark scenes. If so, from time to time, and it varies, the entire screen will go cloudy, even the black bars if the show you are watching is in that format. We've seen it in multiple shows through multiple apps on multiple streamers, and even through the built in apps. It's infuriating and makes the experience very distasteful. We've spent hours troubleshooting on our own and with Samsung support. That's the other very disappointing part of this, the support. I feel like we've been getting the run around. This has been going on now with them for a few months. We finally got them to the point of saying we can exchange it and we are about to do that. Problem is I don't want the same model now. I've read online others seeing similar issues and now I don't trust it. Not happy.

    we love this tv picture unbelievable only thing is we need a manual and was hard to talk to samsung as thay want a serial number no way we can read ours of where it is so before they set it u read your serial number on back and write it down cause the factory will not help u if u do not have it. every samsung tv has its own serial number no one has it except u
