I've had several Samsung products over the years, most of my appliances, my TVs and all my phones. When my 4K QLED started having some issues I looked into an upgrade and found this Neo QLED 8K on sale so i decided to jump on it. I've had it over a year now and it runs flawless, the picture is amazing and when the screen goes dark it's so black I think the TV shut off! Even my older QLED was gray on black screens, they really nailed it with this technology. The only thing I would have done different is I would have gotten a 4K Neo QLED if this wasn't on sale.

Amazing deal . Was really lucky to be able to make this purchase. Picture and sound is unbelievable i have couple of TVs but not even close to this one . So far no problems at all just enjoying it as much as possible and it is a real joy to watch the TV now . Definitely worth every penny and if you are looking for TV this is the best one out there . Thank you Best Buy .....

Everything about this TV is excellent from picture quality, which is absolutely amazing, to sound to ease of use. The upscaling and any video whether it be in HD, in 4k or 8K is simply stunning.

The visuals on this TV are INSANE! Bought specifically for next-gen gaming and 120fps is like butter. Darks are midnight, and the brights are sun rays, audio is average but nothing a soundbar can’t revive. Tv build itself is sleek and modern and setup is as simple as a few click on your cell. Just as I thought gaming would be the highlight of this tech, I took some time to watch high quality shows like Loki, See, and Dune and the tv simply put on a talent show. 100% recommend!

I got this as an upgrade from an older 65 in tv. It seems bigger even though it's the same size as the old one. The picture quality is great and surprised on the sound quality for it being so thin. There are alot of features that I like. The menus can be a little much at first. The remote is simple and easy to use. I do like it has a rechargeable battery in the remote that can be charged by a USB C charger or by the solar panel on the backside of the remote. The back of the tv only has one specialty jack that is for a receiver where you have your HDMI jacks. The powder cord also plugs into the receiver.

Great TV for the early adopter. I mostly watch sports and play video games (PS5), the 4K picture quality is consistent and clear. As with most new Samsungs, the remote is able to control the TV, streaming devices (Roku) and even gaming consoles. Not much 8K content currently out besides streaming videos through YouTube, but the technology will eventually become mainstream with much more readily available content to view. Bought this model when it was on a 50% sale and have been enjoying ever since.

This tv is absolutely spectacular. It is really bright, extremely vivid, and is meant to stun. The design is really sleek and modern. It is basically as thick as a drummer's drumstick. I've seen paintings that are thicker than this thing. All in all i can't recommend this stunning display enough. Especially if you like gaming too. It is like lighting up a carnival or something every time i turn it on. You get what you pay for, so fork out that top dollar and prepare for lift off.

Very bright, good sound. Only knock is that Samsung has not manufactured 15 meter One Connect cables for this model

Its a beautiful tv. I literally tear up during some shows and movies because of how amazing the picture is.

This is a Great smart tv. Great picture, easy to navigate the apps we have loaded and also use various features. It is replacing a less than 4 year old Samsung smart tv, so we did purchase the extended warrantee!

Samsung makes it easy to setup and use. Just follow their setup guide. Picture quality and color is great and interfacing to other devices is easy, especially the iPhone APP. Great value.

Amazing picture. I'll have this TV for many years. Initial quality/packaging good...easy to set up. Not crazy about the Tizen home screen/control area. I guess I'm just used to Fire Stick. 8k content is stunning...looking forward to GT7 on PS5.

Best picture I've seen! 2 years ago i bought the QLED 55" 4K, I like them both! But i definitely noticed a lot more colors in The 8k I'd recommend it to anyone, I'm currently not a gamer, i use too but now I'm thinking about getting back into it!

Best thing I've bought as far as electronics go. The picture is phenomenal even when playing old dvd's. Cable TV looks amazing. Gaming looks fantastic and always pulls 120 fps. I couldn't have asked for a better all around TV purchase!

I'm not a TV expert but when I was watching the Dallas vs Eagles game last night with my hubby I was blown away by the color and clarity of the game. Plus the clear picture of the all the fast moving action there was no dithering or fuzziness as the picture caught up. Wow, just wow!! I can actually say I see the difference when I go to places that have big screen Tv's. Luckily we had a Bose Soundbar and the sound felt like we were right there in the stadium.

My Samsung tv is wonderful, big & easy to use with my other devices. It's so easy now to get from cable to Netflix to prime with the push of one button on one remote.

I've had this tv for almost a month now. So far I am very happy with it. Picture quality is very good and works well with the PS5. There isn't alot of content out there yet in 4K nevermind 8K but when you do watch something in true 4K(The Witcher) you notice the quality right away. One thing I did not like is that the stand is not adjustable the way my last tv was, you could turn the tv left or right very easily. With this one you must reposition the entire tv. Sound quality is very good and gives a surround sound feel. I can hear things I never noticed before with this tv

The transaction to exchange the old TV was really easy and delivery date was way sooner than I expected. Customer service was excellent.
