    TV is Great, Jalen, the guy who sold me the TV was awesome and was very informative and helpful. Especially with the credit card process. The pick up guy was not helpful at all, seemed like he had an attitude and didn't want to be there. Didn't help me hardly with putting the 65 inch tv in my truck. So with the pick guy, I give this a four star. Not the Tv or Jalen. They are 5 stars.

    Great help picking out a superb tv. But poor and confusing coordination between the tv sales unit and “magnolia” unit to schedule the remote hand held sales and setup. The two parts of Best Buy don’t work well together to fully inform or satisfy the buyer. Great tv though!!

    This tv is great. First, I bought a prior model, got home, set it up, and there was a dark spot in the screen. The best buy manager took care of me, and let us get another model at a discounted price. Yes, it cost more, but there was zero hassle.

    Josh went above and beyond in making sure our purchase went smoothly. He came to our house twice o make sure all of our TVs were hooked up correctly and working. He also found a TV, a credenza and sound bar that would work with our TV.
