    Josh went above and beyond in making sure our purchase went smoothly. He came to our house twice o make sure all of our TVs were hooked up correctly and working. He also found a TV, a credenza and sound bar that would work with our TV.

    Excellent tv great colors, clear imaging one problem is the volume it always needs adjusting depending on what’s being watched. It also require practice learning how everything works the control stick it was worth the investment my grandson loves it.

    I purchased a Samsung 65, 2020 had viewing issues. Tried that that same model a second time and same type issues. When 3rd time and got this TV 2021 model so far all is good

    I haven't hooked up the TV yet, awaiting my contractors to be finished with the cabinetry and lighting in the room, but I will say that the service from Best Buy has been amazing
