Best TV ever. The staff at Best Buy were extremely helpful.

The tv its self is great. The picture is amazing and the sound and speakers are amazing as well. You dont have to turn the volume up to 100 to get a good sound. Had my ps5 hooked up to it the picture was beyond what i expected. Now the reason for the 3 star rating. Mived the tv to clean it and the stand put it back and when i turned it on the tv had black spots the size of softballs on it and the inside pic was spider webed it looked like it had been through a warzone. But the outer screen protector is completely fine. Found out later that the screens on these tv are overly sensitive and if you touch them wrong they break. So i called geek squad and was told that we had to call samsung warranty 1st so thats what we did. Of course that was a nightmare. Its outsourced and it was hard to understand the person i talked to most of the time . They tried to say the year warranty was up in April when the tv was bouught in july, so had to send them the proof of when the tv was bought They denied the warranty saying that it was all physical damage from something hitting it. So i called geek squad back and was told that they couldnt do nothing about it till the factory warranty was up. After 3 months of waiting finally got someone out to look at at 150$ just to have them tell me that it was going to cost me more to have the tv fixed then what i had paid for it. So now i have a 3000$ paperweight. The repair guy also informed me that i shouldnt have had to wait till factory warranty was expired for them to come out and work on the tv.

I got the Samsung 800c 65 inch TV it is an excellent television it has a lot of movies and I can watch in it and the Samsung channel and YouTube and others I love the one connect box it is excellent no more putting wires up the wall I just stick the one connect box on my cabinet plug and Play it is excellent the picture probably is sharp if I turn any lights on it still looks good there's no glare or nothing it doesn't bother the screen at all like some people say it does it works really great I hook it up to my stereo for more better sound I recommendous to anybody that wants to buy real good TV set thank you for Samson for showing me about this TV set another thing is with some people don't know about could have the television turn on and all you have to do is say hi Bixby and then tell it where you wanted to go and it goes wherever you want it you can shut the television off or turn it on but you got to go in the remote control to activate it this is the best TV I ever bought from Samsung this is scooter Steve give me a view on the Samsung 800 c HDTV

The picture quality is pure, vibrant and crisp. I highly recommend the purchase if you’re looking for a tv. Watching movies on here is a whole new ball game with the upscaling. Playing video games are also a whole new experience with the 120 frames per second. The dolby atmos sounds amazing and gives you the effect that you’re actually in the scene. Overall great product!

Love this TV. Big upgrade from my 2016 4K Samsung TV. The picture quality is amazing. Makes old shows almost look recent with the upscaling! Fast and very responsive even when playing games.

Our most recent TV improvement went especially well: Initially we spent time with 2-3 Best Buy Store agents, but Ryan (Samsung representative) contributed substantially to the initial sale. He (and his store colleagues) were especially helpful and uncommonly patient with the depth of questions that arose as a by-product of this sale. The price drop(s) that apparently happened were also a substantial contribution to our decision. While we have purchased numerous items from Best Buy, this was a most memorable experience.

Good picture but my 2011 3D tv alot better.I will give it the benefit of the doubt

The one connect box is a Big Mess, the TV cuts on & off at times, & it keeps telling me to disconnect & reconnect the cable from the tv to the connect box. I bought this 65 to try out before I purchased the 85 inch 800c. I won’t be buying any Samsung TV with a one connect system. The colors are the best on this TV, but it doesn’t matter if the TV doesn’t work properly.

Excellent picture and easy to use. There is definitely a difference in picture quality. The pictures are much sharper and colors are very vivid

Beautiful TV clarity is 10/10. The set up makes you have to put the tv prone, recommend 3 sets of hands to help you
