    The television just died on us after 1.5 years of which we barely used. Best Buy came to repair three times. Turns out, they could not do anything, gave us store credit. They couldn’t exchange it for the same television because it was no longer on sale in the store.

    The staff at Best Buy is always very friendly and does not push you into buying anything. They are always very knowledge about the products they are selling.

    This was an open box. I didnt receive the item until Oct 6th. It eill not power up. Common problem evidently on this model, and the store NEVER CHECKED ITEM FOR FUNCTION. Any denial of this is a lie.

    No 8k input for an 8k tv and the multiboxing only supports 1 hdmi input. Absolute trash will be returning and buying a tv that can actually display 8k and not a single 4k input with a phone cast.

    This review is not for the product but, for the WORSE experience ever with best buy costumer service. I purchased this TV almost a month ago and i am still waiting to get my TV. The TV arrived broken and from that moment on my experience turned out to be a nightmare. Now, i have finally decided to cancel my order with them and i will have to wait another week for them to come get the broken one and for my refund to be posted back to my card. They lie to their clients, they never call you back and even hang up on you when they do not want to go through the hassle of helping you. If you are considering buying from best buy, please think twice. I have moved to a new home and i have been without a TV for almost 1 month because their service is crap.

    Blurs on motion. Very disappointing. I was not made aware of 8K blurring when purchasing.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the picture quality of your QN800C TV. To ensure you’ve got the latest image quality updates, please confirm that your TV is up to date with the latest firmware version. You can check by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.

      If the picture you’re seeing is still not to your liking after updating firmware, there are several picture settings you may want to try adjusting.
      Go to Home > Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:

      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      For optimal motion image performance, you may also want to adjust the picture clarity setting by going to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings > Picture Clarity Settings

      - Off: Picture Clarity Settings will always be off
      - Auto: Picture Clarity Settings will automatically activate and deactivate based on the type of program being watched
      - Custom: Allows custom adjustments and settings to be used. By selecting the Custom option, you can access these advanced settings for Judder Reduction, LED Clear Motion, and Noise Reduction.

    7 tv's in a year dont lie. Samsung has gone completely Down hill. Evert tv had a grid pattern shadow in the background, Screens warped on 3 of them, water stains inside the picture, and not even close to as good of picture compared to LG-G4
