By far the best TV I have ever owned. The clarity is unbelievable . eyepopping, especially streaming video in 4k. The tv is 8k capable but the only thing in 8k is on you tube. 8 k on you tube looks spectacular. The tv at best buy was showing 8 k in the display. and the salesman told me that when I got the tv home the picture would not be as good as to what was showing in the store. The salesman was wrong the picture is as good as or maybe better than what was showing in the store . Even though I wasnt viewing 8k it looks like the tv upgrades 4 k towards 8 k. I sit on the couch and watch a show and I just have to marvel at the picture quality. The details of people's faces is unbelievable. as you can see from my cell phone pictures. . The deep blacks. The black is so deep it almost looks like the tv is turned off when it goes dark between scenes. The brightness, the edge to edge sharpness with practically no bezel all adds to the whole viewing experience. I love the remote that doesn't need batteries. The remote is very responsive and works every time. I had a Samsung 55 inch before and the remote was not as reliable. I have separate speakers and the sound going through these speakers sounds better. The tv has all the latest apps for streaming video that my old tv didnt have. This TV is not cheap thats for sure. But as the old saying goes you get what you pay for. This is the top of the line from Samsung . Samsung out did themselves. Your going to love it

Its gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous in every single way. Blacks as close to an OLED as any LCD has ever been. No loss of color at wide viewing angles. No blooming. Gaming features are amazing. QSymphony works great. 4 HDMI 2.1 ports means i can get the most out of both of my next gen consoles. The brightness and color accuracy are also incredible. Love this TV. I put a Govee Immersion light strip on the back which just further enhances the experience with movies and games. Hands down best tv for bright rooms. I do get why the rainbow effect from direct light hitting the antiglare coating bothers some people, but its far from a deal breaker for me personally.

Hands down, best TV on the market. Colors, clarity and ease of use is amazing. It makes me Sony Z9D look mediocre. Every movie looks like a brand new movie. Love it. Pictures taken with my phone.

Owned most of the other Samsung Qled TV's and this is for sure my favorite one. I love what they did with the new Neo Qled. Awesome brightness and very vibrant colors! If you have the money for it, and you are thinking about it. Do it! You will not regret it!!

I got it open box 65” The TV is grate and i love the one connect box amd the infinity screen The picture quality it’s amazing but i am not impressed with the sound quality and i will recommend the 75 or 85” they have HDR 64x the 65” comes with 48x

I bought this TV to upgrade my fully functional Samsung TV, which I donated before I got this TV. My TV came with full dust in the box. Cracks and sand on the back. I went to the store couple of times to exchange it But the TV wasn't in stock. Now TV is in stock but my return or exchange time period is over. Return wasn't an option as I already had given my old TV. It seems this is my last SAMSUNG tv. 3k plush TV with this kind of conditon?

Love the "box" on the wall. User friendly. Fantastic picture quality too.

Best decision I ever made buying this TV I have a Lot of features

TV picture gave out in less than 1 month. Thank goodness I'm a Best Buy Elite customer otherwise I would be out of luck. I have Samsung products throughout my home but a TV this expensive should have better quality

Screen cracked for no reason over a period of 24 hours. Started out as fractures on the side then straight up middle. Best Buy told me it was customer abuse. Store employee accused me of damage. Never will buy from Best Buy again.

The picture quality of this tv is amazing! I had an old tv that needed replacing, so I got this one. It's crazy to see how great the quality is compared to my old television. The picture is just so vivid. And I love the built-in features like Samsung TV Plus. I haven't had cable in forever, and with this feature, I don't even have to use my antenna. I also love the slim profile of the tv. And the fact that the remote is rechargeable via a USB C or solar-powered is just amazing. Set up was quick and easy. Though it recommends two people, I was able to fully set up my tv by myself. So incredibly happy with this purchase. My visitors have commented on how sleek the tv looks and how vivid the picture is. I almost hate to upload these pictures because my pictures (not a photographer lol) do not do this television justice!

I bought the 2019 Samsung 8K television and it was fraught with issues; least of which was the lack of e-ARC capability which was promised by Samsung by way of a firmware update but never delivered—the lip sync latency issues were maddening for a television that was supposed to be the ‘flagship’ model. After a very lengthy (6 month) repair and return process with Samsung customer service, I was fully refunded and bought this 2021 8K Neo model. It is superior in every way. The picture quality is the best I have ever experienced, it has e-ARC baked in, and aesthetically it is a piece of art to behold. I will report back after 90 days of use for those that are interested; as for the time being, I could not be happier. Highly Recommended. Five Stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This Samsung top of the line 8K UHD 65" TV will knock your socks off! My previous big screen was 4K and was 7 years old. The dynamics of the picture are like night and day. The Samsung detail in the picture is amazing and assembly was easy and straight forward for it to be displayed on a TV stand. The ability to link up connections for an amplifier, two blue ray dvd players and Fire Stick was simple and easy. The unit is just over 1/2 inch thick and the processing unit sits at a angle on the stand behind the TV for easy attachment of HDMI connection. The set is clean lines and and the stand is solid in the middle of the set. The sound comes from the back with 8 speakers, 4 on each side. The volume control along with streaming capabilities makes this TV adaptable to any inputs. The unit up scales all inputs to 8K or as high as it can depending on the source. Talk about one stop viewing! You will not go wrong with one of these units, and of course it is Samsung!!

Super happy with this TV! I was able to snatch it up from my local Best Buy as an Open Box deal, and I used my gift cards. Super wonderful quality! Only issue is Best Buy sold it as new with an old remote. Also, the parts did not all have the same serial number (including the remote).

The first show we watched was Magnum PI. The shots of Hawaii were amazing. So bright and color rich. We both had big smiles. This TV replaced a 6 year old Samsung 55" 4K TV (UN55HU6950). This TV lacked a lot of apps like HBOmax. I thought my old TV had good picture clarity. I was wrong. The new TV shows so much detail in bright rich colors. The upscaling must really work. I haven't gotten comfortable with the new remote. Personally, I still like the old remote with all the buttons. Installed the apps I need but still have hours of playing around with tons of new features. Connected Samsung phone (SmartThings) to TV. The sound is really good with reasonable bass. I'm still considering a soundbar with Qsymphony. We had BestBuy's 3rd party install and setup TV. Glad we did. The TV stand is very solid and heavy. Very happy with the purchase.

I am more than pleased with this Samsung Neo QLED 8K TV. Has an amazing crisp picture with excellent detail. I originally planned to purchase the 4K version which is an excellent choice. I chose to step up to the 8K. Programs are limited but that will be changing as consumers are purchasing these new models & 8K is now offered by several makers. Media companies will be offering this platform soon to meet demand. This is my 3rd Samsung TV in the last 14 yrs. Ive been very pleased with their TVs.

Amazing TV so far. Color jumps out and figuratively smacks you in the face. Blacks are so dark, at times during a pause screen, I don't even know if its still on. Very impressed so far, however you'll need to tweak the settings to your liking. I'm not big on the ARC functionality or auto-switching of channels when inputs are activated, but you can easily turn that off. It's on by default. Lots of picture tweaking options, and the gaming mode is awesome and is about as close to a response time as you'd get with a older tube TV. Considering all the image processing this thing does, it's amazing technology. Panel is so thin it's amazing the thing works. It does generate some heat, so don't be surprised by it. Great purchase. Looking forward to hunkering down this winter and enjoying all the 4K online content in crystal clear images. Get the protection from Geek Squad as I did to ensure you have it worry-free for many years.
