One of the best purchases I've made in some time. This TV is wonderful. The picture is clear and the colors are vivid. Couldn't be happier with my purchase.

The picture quality of our new 65" Sam Sung 8K QLED television is outstanding. The directional sound feature works well; however, the overall sound quality leaves a bit to be desired. There does not appear to be any way to modify or adjust the sound quality levels We had the Geek Squad wall mount it in our entertainment center and they did an excellent job.

excellent picture very nice looking quite pricey but the best always is longevity will be the best test looking forward to everything I watch now!!

I was testing this equipment for two weeks and ended up returning the TV because when you have backgrounds with white images, you notice a gray shading in the background called dirty screen and in dark backgrounds it has flowering in the images when the lighting is not accurate, due to Samsung is using illuminated panels with mini LEDs are very green in technology and 8k technology you can only take advantage of a computer that offers that native resolution, otherwise the tv will scale the image to get a little to 8k that does not It is native conclusion you are paying a lot of money in a very advanced technology to what currently offers streaming services that barely offers the native 4k and everything is scaled I am not a newbie in this world of tv I have been since when the tv of had white and black until now and every 2 years I buy high-end tv from Samsung and now I'm with oled from LG.

Works great and way better details and colors, the sound is excellent. Hopefully more shows in 8 K to enjoy it more. Highly recommend it

I BOUGHT THE 65 INCH SAMSUNG QN900A SERIES NEO QLED 8K THINKING IT WOULD BE A GREAT TV. GREAT, IT IS FABULOUS. MUCH MORE THAN I COULD IMAGINE. WHEN I FIRST TURNED IT ON, I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED IN THE PICTURE. BUT WITH ME PLAYING WITH ALL THE CONTROLS, I GOT IT TO MY LIKING. BEST PICTURE GOING. LOVE IT.

This is an expensive TV however if you want something that will light up the room this is the brightest TV and it will definitely do that. I have tried so-called manufacturers with the same brightness and it looks so washed out. I love this model and get one every other year. All OLED is too dark, not everyone has a room without windows, get the Neo QLED, will be twice as bright.

I was surprised to so much additional detail in the images and improvements in lighting and shadows compared to the QLED 4k. I have not seen the Neo QLED 4k so I have no comparison for that, but for sure compared to the standard 4k, the improvements are dramatic and well worth the upgrade.

The tv is great but sometimes the screen will just go black or say no hdmi connected when I'm playing my series x with a brand new 8k hdmi cable. Ive contaced samsung and best buy with no luck other then bring the tv back but since im 2 hours away from the best buy and it not fitting in my jeep (I had to have a friend pick it up for me) I'm starting to see that I'm SOL since ive had the tv for almost 2 weeks. I know I'm not a best but elite member or anything but for what I paid for this tv i figured i would get some better customer service. Its also really annoying not being able to talk to anybody at the and having to talk to somebody at a call center. Definitely will not be buying from best buy anymore especially since one lady from the call center said shes had to beg, borrow and steal in her life and i need to do the same and figure out a way to get the tv back to best buy.

I already own a Samsung Q800 8k television, setting up is a little more complicated,but it’s worth it, my previous TV for the bedroom was anLG oLED c1 this is vastly better overall. Sound is fantastic too. Very Happy.

The pros of this tv: excellent sound quality, excellent display of colors, content that is upscaled looks incredible as well, 8k video is just amazing in quality. Cons, keeps any and all fingerprints and does not let go very easily even with cleaning.

Excellent quality display. Picture is crisp and clear - even when viewing regulars HD content. Setup was uneventful and completed without any issues. I use HDMI ARC to route my audio to surround sound receiver - works well.

Great picture, sound ok. Hooked up soundar to improve.

OLED may have set sail and is out to sea. This QLED QN900A 65" is an amazing TV, I am very pleased with my purchase. My Geek Squad delivery and setup was perfect. Of course its expensive, it is the newest TV on the market.

Awesome TV, such a great picture and vibrant colors!!!

So I was very excited to get this TV delivered and mounted. I read so many reviews and just could not wait. Well, the TV blew me away amazing picture and quality BUT! Yes there is a BUT! It is not compatible with the Amazon Firestick or Fire Cube. If you use these devices as much as I do then return it and get your money back as soon as possible. All other devices work: Spectrum Box, Roku, Playstation and DVD player (I had to borrow these as I don’t own these devices). The geek squad guys that installed the TV tried for hours to get this working and no luck. They told me to go to the store and get a new one connect box as they thought that was the issue. Well I drove to Best buy explained and luckily they had a new one lying around. Took it home and still same issue. I contacted Samsung and Amazon and they both virtually took over my TV. They both blamed each other of course. I tried all HDMI ports and no luck. I even went back to best buy and both new HDMI cables for 8K and still no luck. After contacting Amazon numerous times and getting a live agent from the States they stated that my TV was on the list of non-compatible with Amazon Fire Stick and Fire Cube. So, long story don’t buy this if that is what use with your TVs!

Took a few times to find one that didn't have the anti reflective making bubbles on the screen or with an hdmi not working. Buttttt got a good one now and the picture is perfect.
