When the picture upgrade is working, the picture is awesome. Running sound through a bose soundbar, so sound is great. Overall, the unit is good, but the previous unit was more consistent between content.

I was it at Sam’s and noticed the unbelievable picture. Ordered it from Best Buy and the picture wasn’t any better than my 15 year old Samsung. So I returned it.

Even after two repair attempts by Best Buy, the problem remained unresolved. Despite investing over $3000 in the product, Best Buy simply directed me to contact Samsung. I made numerous calls to Samsung, only to be turned away, despite the TV still being within its one-year warranty period. It's utterly disappointing that Best Buy's assistance is contingent on additional payment for warranty coverage. This situation is completely unacceptable.
