Used open box for a new 8K TV and chose the good condition one. Saved $2200 from sticker price, and there’s absolutely no problems with the TV, and it came with everything needed for the TV. Picture quality and sound is great. All of the features that come with the TV are really cool, and It has every app you can think of, downloadable directly to the TV. It has game mode, intelligent mode, and other sound settings, all of which I have never seen on another TV before! Definitely an upgrade from an 4K TV, it has an higher refresh rate to reduce motion blur, and upscale’s all content, even though it isn’t 8K content. Even inspired me to get an open box Samsung soundbar, which is also great! Pickup was ready within an hour and super simple. All I did was show them my ID and order number and I was on my way! I would highly recommend!

I’m giving this 5 starts, because it is an awesome TV. The remote is an epic fail!. It is not backlit, which makes it difficult to make changes in low light theater condition. The button selections are limited on the remote and I basically hate the remote. Another reason to hate the remote is the fact the sound bar settings do not display on the TV. So I hate the sound bar remote also-and I got the best one Samsung offers.
