I am a long-time Samsung user, and was disappointed that an expensive tv performed poorly. Could have just been that we got a bad one; regardless I expected more from a Samsung product (the return with Best Buy was easy as it was less than 30days). The specific behavior: glitchy/would pixelate, Netflix did not work on the remote or on the tv home screen, color was poor & every image had a strong red undertone, and at times it would just turn off/on (these behaviors started on day 2). It was very strange behavior; again, it could be that the one we received did not functioning properly?
