Best Buy Customer Service

From the time we entered the store until our TV was set up in our living room, the Best Buy staff was professional, knowledgeable and kind. This is the only place I will buy electronics. PS. The TV is fantastic too.

Great tv

Much less ghosting and smearing especially gaming. Tizen OS is janky and I dont really use the native apps for streaming. Overall a decent tv considering it was a display unit I purchased for almost half the initial release price.

Nice buy sometimes too bright

I recommend finding a nice custom setting you prefer and leaving it "we dont use auto settings"

He did everything for me then sent me a link to make the payment. Absolutely wonderful service and pickup at the store was marvelous.
