We also purchased Soundbar Connect. Josh is extremely knowledgable, and spent a good deal of time explaining the technology - pros and cons of the various models.

We should have bought the Frame. Ambient Mode is a joke (it is NOT similar to The Frame and needs to be activated every time you turn off your TV) and navigating things on this television is just a nightmare. Our workaround has been using an Apple TV as our main interface and this screen is just a "dumb monitor" with decent QLED graphics, which is perhaps the best description of this product. If you're spending this much money, buy The Frame. Otherwise you can pay half as much for an equally good looking display from another brand, which will no doubt have a better TV interface.

While Art Mode, as well as the motion detector are exclusive to The Frame TV, the QN90C features Ambient Mode which offers customizable themes, colors, and photo options. Instead of seeing a blank background when your TV is turned off, you can enhance your screen with landscape images, artwork, and unique scenes. Your own photos can be turned into backgrounds as well with the My Album feature.
For optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed on your TV. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care

I love all the features and apps, but the remote is very inexpensive. There are pros and cons for having to charge a tv remote. Im a fan of the tv but not the remote. By, the way the staff at Best Buy are always helpful and professional.
