Disappointed with Home Installation

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Samsung 65" Smart TV form Best Buy "looks good," however the in-home installation was not complete and attempts to contact corporate was the worst received in the past 15 years. 1) The total items (mounting bracket) was not included with our purchase. 2) The installer (who demanded cash) overcharged for an Amazon product straight out of the box. 3) Could not set up the system and installer stated he needed to go to next appointment and would contact Geek Squad for us. 4) No response from Geek Squad for appointment to set up system. Very disappointed as a "valued customer."
