I also had great Geek Squad reps that came out to install the mount and mount the TV. They came back after Cox installed cable and internet. All great! I appreciate all the help that I received.

It has not been a problem since install, until today. 2 intersecting lines horizontal and verticql across the entire screen in less than 1 year. TV has not been moved or even touched since install with moderate use.

However, I think the software of this tv needs more troubleshooting as the tv keeps forgetting the wifi connection. Sometimes it requires to be unplugged in order to see available networks again. Samsung already replaced the motherboard and antena but the problem remains. The hardware works fine but something within the software/programming is causing the wifi to be forgotten. In my case, I cannot appreciate the technology this tv has to offer when it cannot connect to the internet successfully with all troubleshooting in place.

We appreciate your review on Samsung's QN90C TV. For optimal performance, we ask that you please ensure you've got the latest firmware version installed. You can check this by going to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Go to: Home > Menu > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
