The picture is great but the voice and pictures are frequently out of sync. And, the TV does not sit firmly or evenly on the Samsung provide base. These are disappointing for the high cost of this 2023 model Samsung TV.

We appreciate your feedback on the lip sync issues you’re experiencing with your QN90C TV. This could possibly be a source issue, but if you’re hearing an audio delay across all sources/channels and you have a receiver, soundbar, or other speakers connected to your TV, you can access the Audio Delay settings to increase the audio delay. Go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Delay
Our 2023 TVs have an audio Pass-Through feature, which allows the audio signal to be sent out unprocessed to an external soundbar or receiver connected to the TV. The external device then processes the audio, thereby eliminating the added step of processing by the TV, which adds delay.
On your TV, go to: Menu > Settings > All Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through
Please also be sure you’re running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update.
To ensure your TV's stand is installed properly, please refer to the Quick Setup Guide included with your TV. You can also download it directly from Samsung's website.

Purchased Jan 2022.
The TV was gorgeous. Until it wasn't.
Screen goes black intermittently with sound still on. We've been through all the support steps to update / reset / resolve with no luck. Got an estimate for service -- of course we're now outside of warranty -- it's literally the full price of a new tv. TVs should last far more than 2 years. Ridiculous.

Failed TV

We bought the 2022 (manufactured 8/22, installed by Geek Squad 6/23) version of this QLED TV and it failed after 13 months. Then Best Buy Geek Squad in phone call to tech service told us to call Samsung as Geek Squad doesn’t service this model. Beware.

Red vertical line on right hand side of the screen after less than a month of use. Best Buy refused to offer return because “it was past 2 week return policy.” I guess Best Buy is fine with TVs only working for 1 month?

Ordered this TV online. I told the online representative I would be at the store in about 45 min. He said fine, they were working on the order and it would be ready when I arrived. It not only wasn't ready, they didn't even have one at the store. My LAST Best Buy purchase.
