Awesome picture with stunning colors. The volume is so so but have added a soundbar.

This is our second Samsung TV in the last 8 years. They have beautiful color and seem to be made very well. Never a problem. What was better was the fact we originally bought a smaller set but when the tech came to infallible it, we found out we could exchange it for a larger one. We did just that the same week and added the Samsung soundbar also recommended by the tech. Very happy with everything.

To say this TV is amazing, is a total understatement! The color is over the top, very vivid. Set up was fairly easy. The sound is good as well. Not an inexpensive TV, however, worth every penny we paid for it. It did take some adjusting to get the color and contrast to a satisfactory level, but I suspect that it has a lot to do with personal preferences. I Like all the apps that are pre-installed. You will not be disappointed. I recommend it without a doubt.

love this tv... beautiful picture from all angles , so real . Also purchased a sound bar and glad we did . I also had it installed by the Geek squad and very happy i did , they did a great job in about 1/10 the time it would have taken me . Also purchased 3 accesoories , Sound bar Q series 5.1.2 ch wireless dolby atmos . Super slim full motion tv mount .. in-wall cablecon recessed power

Love the clarity and crispness of the picture. What an upgrade from previous TV last we last purchased at Best Buy 11 years ago!! The service by Seth in the Wesley Chapel store was amazing and even though we had a dysfunctional TV when we unpacked my wife entered the Dale Mabry store in Tampa and they were very professional and offered to come pick up the TV at the house and provide us with a new working model in 48 hours!!! Will definitely return for my next electronic purchase.

TV is great (good picture), even with well lit room. Best Buy 'installation team' was horrible (rude, and I'm still working out kinks in how they set it up). I emailed my sales rep and never got a response.

Great picture easy set-up. However, I don't like that I have to give 50 characters to fill out this box.

Going from a 48” Sharp (yes, my old TV is that old) to a 65” is phenomenal, especially when the picture is clear and sharp. The Samsung Tizen OS takes a bit getting used to, but it’s not that difficult. I paired it with a Samsung soundbar, and now I have no complaints, at least so far.
