Although I purchased this product as "open box" and in "great condition", the item did not come with a box, remote or manual. Was just wrapped in bubble wrap that wasn't even wrapped all the way. I am giving the rating based on the tv itself which is remarkable. Please be cautious if purchasing "open box".

The picture quality is excellent whether watching sports, drama, you name it. It's in a sunny room with lights in the kitchen behind the viewing room, so happy we went with the Samsung Smart TV neo qled 65"!! The store salesmgr Ben and the Geek Squad install team Shawn and Lee were excellent!

It's what you expect from a smart TV. Excellent picture. So much vibrant colors. Every scene is beautiful depicted. The draw back is the sound. You have to be guessing to get the right sound. Action scene sound great but every maker forgets that you want to hear what the actors are saying.

Easy for a 81 year old to get and manage apps as well as enjoy regular tv. The technicians were so helpful and explained every thing so I could operate and understand all steps.THANKS TO YOU.

We really enjoy our new samsung 65" TV .We watch in a dark room and only at night for a couple hours and we couldn't have made a better choice for us. If you watch in the daytime or room with a lot of light it probably isn't the TV for you but Samsung has models for that environment Thanks Best Buy for pointing us in the right direction for us.

I would say best tv for gaming at an affordable price compared to others and multiple hdmi ports to easily switch between consoles without changine cords and best crisp picture quality and great frame refresh rate for next gen consoles

I was in the market to upgrade a nonsmart tv. This model was not on my list. However, in comparing it with my planned purchase, this samsung n90c 65 in. was so much clearer and brighter. It cost a bit more, but worth it! I am quite happy with it.

Picture is amazing and options/features are right on par with what i would expect. I truly love the sound that it produces out of my soundbar. I got this tv to replace my 10yr old 60 inch samsung.

To simplify, Very very good video quality. You can tweak the video settings to you liking as well. Sound system is about as good as a stick tv will get go don’t expect it to be crazy.

Fantastic, large, and bright for great movie nights, but a sound bar is beneficial to add to any experience.

new home construction and we hung this on a wall with some direct sunlight and the picture was still amazing. Love it

This tv is absolutely beautiful! Great features! Watching movies is a fantastic experience! Needs a good sound bar though!

It’s a good set and is ideal for a brightly lit room. Adaptive sound works well and the game mode is a decent feature in the Tizen OS. I do hope that the next iteration has a good stand and is ideally supported by two legs as the current central stand wobbles horribly. In summary, the mini led and quantum dot are highlighted well on this set.

The Samsung NeoQLED has been an exceptional television and has performed accordingly. Can’t say enough about how well it performs. Great in low light rooms and exceptional in our situation of a bright lit room. Super excited about this television.
