Great TV, excellent picture quality! The initial setup when you first turn on the TV is a little long winded, but automatically syncing with all of my remotes and streaming service was an unexpected bonus. I am very glad I bought this TV. This is my sixth Samsung (5 are still working) purchased since 2011 and the best by far. The delivery was rescheduled by BB is the only negative part of the experience.

Its a decent TV. Those who have had a 4K tv may not be "wow" by it. I had a TV from 10 years ago(Smart TV) that I was switching out with this TV and noticed the speed and picture difference. We will see how long this TV lasts. It has been good picture, but the price decreased 200 after buying it on "sale". Not a great feeling, but its a decent TV and has been nice to have since buying. Have not done much with the speakers, been using my sound bar from about 10 years ago and sounds fine.

This tv is absolutely beautiful! Great features! Watching movies is a fantastic experience! Needs a good sound bar though!

Although I purchased this product as "open box" and in "great condition", the item did not come with a box, remote or manual. Was just wrapped in bubble wrap that wasn't even wrapped all the way. I am giving the rating based on the tv itself which is remarkable. Please be cautious if purchasing "open box".

Easy for a 81 year old to get and manage apps as well as enjoy regular tv. The technicians were so helpful and explained every thing so I could operate and understand all steps.THANKS TO YOU.

The picture quality is excellent whether watching sports, drama, you name it. It's in a sunny room with lights in the kitchen behind the viewing room, so happy we went with the Samsung Smart TV neo qled 65"!! The store salesmgr Ben and the Geek Squad install team Shawn and Lee were excellent!

Picture is amazing and options/features are right on par with what i would expect. I truly love the sound that it produces out of my soundbar. I got this tv to replace my 10yr old 60 inch samsung.

I would say best tv for gaming at an affordable price compared to others and multiple hdmi ports to easily switch between consoles without changine cords and best crisp picture quality and great frame refresh rate for next gen consoles

We really enjoy our new samsung 65" TV .We watch in a dark room and only at night for a couple hours and we couldn't have made a better choice for us. If you watch in the daytime or room with a lot of light it probably isn't the TV for you but Samsung has models for that environment Thanks Best Buy for pointing us in the right direction for us.

Looked at the OLED model, thought this model was much sharper side by side. Have been very happy with our choice!

great picture, 4kuhd videos are fantastic. set up with a denon avr-x2800 av reciever and klipsch speakers it's pretty impressive and very enjoyable to experience.
