The TV has a good quality picture, but documentation is very lacking. Seriously, how to operate this TV is very confusing and the user manual is useless, as is Samsung's website. The remote is also a very bad design. You cannot manually tune a channel with the remote, so if the auto programming system doesn't pick it up, you are out of luck, you won't be able to tune in that channel. Several key functions of the remote such as the channel guide and mute function are not explained well. I found out how to use them purely by accident. I would not recommend this TV. and if I hadn't thrown away the box would have sent it back.

Excellent TV with good features and awesome picture. I went with the QLED instead of the OLED TV because my living room is bright. This TV is definitely worth the price especially on sale.

Overall amazing tv! Only trouble is adjusting specific settings can be difficult. This is because settings are controlled by other settings and it is often unclear what is causing what to be grayed out.

This Samsung smart tv has been very simple to use with streaming services. Everything is located on the man menu and new apps have been simple to add.

Really like the tv has a great picture like the Samsung channels I think the picture is really close the Samsung oled great so far.

Seem to work well as a tv. Not impressed with “smartness”. Works well with streaming apps. The operator interface is clunky. The major issue is sound through my Onkyo receiver. The smart tv keeps defaulting back to using the tv speakers. As good as the tv’s speakers or a sound bar might be it doesn’t match a home theater receiver. If this doesn’t get figured out this is going back. It’s also cumbersome to connect to the receiver for cable etc. adter watching a streaming service using the tv’s app. It has a Roku like remote but Roku gives you a ikon to select the receiver as the input.

Voice sounds does not match speakers on programs. Very annoying. Geek at counter said fix on SETTINGS...that was a lost cause. Didn't work. Did not get complete Set Up that was supposed to get.
