    Would love to get my TV

    So I purchased the TV and was scheduled to get delivered in 4 days. When the delivery guys arrived stated the box was damaged which was noticed on the dock and pointed out to their supervisor before they loaded. So when they got to my house they recommended opening the box which I agreed with. The top of screen was cracked and bottom smashed so they put it back on the truck. So when I called to reschedule my delivery now they're saying I have to wait another 12 days. Ridiculous. Not sure why a new one can't get rescheduled sooner. Should have maybe just ordered straight from Samsung. Another customer NO service example.

    I called the store and told customer service that the TV looked used and was told someone would get back to me, but to no avail!

    Need more help for the elderly

    My wife and I are elderly. We find the new TV hard to manuver around. We paid the delivery guys extra to set the sound bar up for us as well. The mateial for the set is written in such small print that neither of us can read it. Its been quite upsetting to us to deal with this during the holidays.

To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of your QN90D TV and remote, you can download your TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under ‘Support’ (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select the QN90D TV to download the guides you would like.

      The e-Manual and Remote Guide are both also embedded into your TV itself under Menu > Settings > Support

    Software is Awful, of course

    As with everything Samsung, the hardware is solid, the software/firmware is the worst in the industry. Just bought the TV, updated the software to an even worse version somehow and a factory reset won't restore the original, so now I'm stuck with the awful One UI. Takes 5+ remote taps to change apps (Like from Netflix to Hulu (menu, down, down, left/right, enter)). Hitting the menu button while in an app? There's no way to cancel out of the One UI--gonna take 4+ more button clicks to choose the same app you were in and then that app may restart. Can't remove the side menu from One UI. Can't remove or re-sort the Ambient, Daily+, or Game options I'll never use. The apps list starts with recommended apps instead of the ones I have and want. Then groups (down-arrow taps) for news, free, editor's choice, sports, gaming, free, new, popular and THEN the ones I've installed. So only 9-10 clicks to get to where I want. Have Samsung employees ever used one of their own TVs? The software/firmware is increasingly user-hostile.

      Thank you for sharing your experience. Please know that you can customize your Home screen by installing, removing or adding your favorite apps to the Home screen. Here's how:

      Downloading Apps
      1. From the Home screen, press left on the remote.
      2. Navigate to and select Search.
      3. Using the search bar, enter the content or app you’d like to find.
      4. Navigate to and select the app you’d like to install, then select Install.

      Note: Previously installed apps can be accessed by selecting Apps on the Home screen.

      Adding & Managing Apps on Home Screen
      1. Go to App Settings (these can be found at the bottom of the Apps screen). The following options will be available:
      a. Add to Home: Move the app to your desired location on the Home screen.
      b. Lock: Lock the app with a PIN so only you can use it. When the app is selected again, you will be prompted to enter the PIN to unlock it.
      c. Move: Move the app to another location
      d. Reinstall: Reinstall the app.
      e. View Details: View the app’s information and details.

      To assist in learning the various functions, please know you can download your TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website under Support > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. You can search for and select the QN90D TV to download the guides you would like.

    Samsung 65" QN90D Neo QLED TV

    Worst tv i ever owned. Picture has motion blurr and movement is jerky. I tried all kinds of different settings but nothing helped. Talked to a tech guy at Best Buy and tried his settings and they didn't work either. This was a higher priced tv, it shouldn't be doing this. It does this when streaming or on a cable box.

      We appreciate your thoughts on the picture quality of Samsung’s QN90D TV. If the image you’re seeing isn’t to your liking, there are several picture settings you may want to adjust.

      Go to Home > left direction button > Settings > All Settings > Picture > Picture Mode
      ...and select the mode that best fits your usage:
      1. Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments
      2. Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments
      3. Eco: Provided to save energy
      4. Movie: Suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room
      5. Filmmaker Mode: Provides source content just as the creators intended. If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it’ll automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching.

      You can also fine-tune your picture with expert settings such as brightness, contrast, sharpness and more (All Settings > Picture > Expert Settings).

    Never buy an open box

    This was an open box buy and the tv stand and remote were supose to be included however they were not in the box. The quLity of the picture is amazing tho.
