    The guys analyzed the cause of my problems with the installation of my new tv and was able to tell me what would be necessary to resolve problems that weren't associated with the new tv.They were very thorough and educated me with areas that were truly helpful with the setup of my new tv. The Geek Squad proved that they were more than worth the cost of their service. Thanks again!

    I've had the TV for over 3 months and so far it's been wonderful! Now that football has started I'm loving it even more. The sound quality is ok, but I have mine hooked up to a sound bar so no problems.

    The tv itself works great.The remote though is horrible. The quick buttons for streaming service are very sensitive and can not, as far as I can tell, be disabled. Sit down on the recliner and barely touch the remote, zap there is no telling what Streaming service pops up. Its like playing streaming roulette. I am not subscribed to any of these services. I have considered squeezing superglue on it. Maybe that will fix the issue.
