Just what I needed! Replaced a 16 year old 55" Samsung with this 65" Samsung Neo QLED. This is perfect for my very bright living room. There is absolutely no glare or reflections! Great picture. Easily connected this to a Yamaha receiver and home theater system for the perfect setup!

Loving the fantastic picture on this TV, The glare proof screen is perfect for our living room that faces west! No more closing the house up in the afternoon to watch tv!

My husband and I are gamers. We have "his and hers" TVs in our living room (highly recommended BTW if you and your spouse like to watch different shows. One of us wears a headset.) Our previous matching TVs were old and on their last leg so we bought two of these. Negatives: The remote turns on both TVs. It also turns off both TVs. You can see how this could become a problem. One of the reasons we purchased this over the other options was because it pairs via bluetooth. However, it also uses infrared and no way to disable this feature other than literally putting a piece of tape over the sensor on the front of the remote. We won't do that. The workaround: Hubby set his TV up via Bixby on his phone; I set mine up via Alexa. We use our phones to turn on the TVs separately through the SmartThings app. This is cool because you can use your phone AS the remote. But the remote itself is worthless if you want more than one Samsung TV in one room. We cannot be the only people in the world with multiple TVs that want to operate them separately so I'm not sure why Samsung has not yet made these options for the remotes. Secondly, the AI "smart" feature is just plain awful viewing. Not smart at all. Once I turned this feature off, people on screen actually looked like people again. AI has no idea what color people's lips or faces are and the smoothing effect is just so far off from reality. It's like a heavy catfishing filter on someone's picture. Just no. The Samsung TV app will start playing something random automatically when you turn on the TV. This is incredibly annoying to literally anyone who owns a TV. The good news: You can delete this feature from the TV. I Googled it and followed the steps. Now there is peace. I'd highly suggest Samsung not have this feature on future TVs. Positives: The glare free screen is AWESOME! None of the light from our windows or our lamps/lights reflects off the screen. We had problems with glare on our last TVs, none whatsoever with this. Can't recommend this feature enough. Once turning off the AI crap, the picture quality is absolutely incredible. It is sharp, well lit, and fast processing. Movies are like being at the IMAX theater. You can see every pore on someone's face. Details are so well defined. Video games on this TV are just insane. WOW! What an amazing difference. I do want to note that we had PS4's initially when we bought these TVs. The picture quality was a MASSIVE upgrade from our previous. Then we decided to upgrade to PS5's and our minds are blown at how well the graphics look. Gameplay is absolutely phenomenal. No lag whatsoever with the fast processing. Feels more immersive than ever. There is a "gaming mode" feature and quite a few other features specifically for gaming. I haven't played with all of these yet, but am super happy with the quality of gaming on these TVs. Sound quality is good! Much much better than what we had. It is theater quality. We do have plans in the future to add a sound system when we complete our living room remodel, but it's not a necessary add by any means. Overall: Once we got through the few hiccups with the remotes, Samsung TV app autoplay, and AI stuff, it is a really great TV. It is now smooth sailing. We are happy with our purchase. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because there is room for improvement, namely the three complaints we had and worked around. Price point was good for the features. Gotta give a shoutout to Sam at the Merrillville, IN location for his detailed explanations of all the TVs that ultimately led to us purchasing. These were a great purchase for us and fit our needs. The glare free screen alone has been well worth it. Picture quality fantastic! (Just turn off the AI nonsense they are forcing on all new TVs.)

I love this TV. I waited a long time to upgrade and the wait was so worth it. The interface is intuitive and has a low learning curve. The picture quality and colors are fantastic. I opted for the matte feature and am very pleased with it in my bright room. The salesman couldn’t have been more helpful or informative. Really appreciate the excellent customer service.

Absolutely love this TV...Non glare. woke amazing in our home with one large slider behind our chairs facing the TV and 2 large windows on the north side. No interference with light, or lights on to the picture.

This Tv is perfect for over our fireplace. It doesn't cover too much of the fireplace, but is a big clear colorful picture. The sound is good on this Tv as well.

Purchased this for my husband's man cave and it is absolutely great. My husband has neon signs and the light from them doesn't glare off the TV and the picture quality is fantastic as well. I highly recommend this TV.

Good tv, was worried about the matte screen, but it actually looks great in my well lit living room. Very convincing blacks, close to oled. Looks great and the build seems of good quality.

I like that TV display looks to be 3D like. It is the best TV I have ever purchased. The sound quality is great. Overall there is nothing that I do not like.I wholeheartedly recommend this TV. Best Buy Installed it and suggest to anyone to have them do the install. It probably took 45 minutes the take my previous TV from the mounting unit I already owned and the two women installers installed the TV and like magic they were gone out the door.

Bought this to replace an LG and don't really know why i tried changing it up in the first place. Samsung is the only brand of tv we have in our house once again and they are the clear winner in this market. The tv has a beautiful color and has many options to change the picture mode, picture clarity, and the color tone. Super easy to do if you download the app on your phone and way faster. Very impressed with the Neo QLED technology. Don't think too hard when purchasing a tv - just figure out which Samsung tv you want. Paid full price, but with my Best Buy membership the tv went on sale for $500 off within 60 days of purchase, and i was credited the amount after submitting.

The staff was very helpful in picking this model. We have a very bright room and have tried 3 different TVs supposedly made for sunny rooms. This model works fantastic! No glare even with dark scenes.

The matte coating on this TV, along with its sheer brightness ensures that there is no glare, even in brightly lit rooms with windows. The remote is nice and small, and even includes a solar panel on it to keep the battery charged, which is nice. The onscreen menu for changing settings on the TV was a bit frustrating at times, but after we dialed in the settings we wanted, it's been near perfect. I highly recommend this TV to anyone who has dealt with glare with previous TVs.

The TV is great. Right size for our place and the special coating really reduces glare from light behind us. One problem (at least for us), when we set up the tv it sort of took over control of our content so now we have to "navigate" to out internet service.

Samsung TV's have always been our TV of choice. We've never had issues with any and we have 6 in our home. Now, that we've bought this new one. The purchase was because it's a 2025 and has AI and does it make a difference. The quality of the TV is astounding in all aspects. The picture is crystal clear and my only wish was I could of bought the 85" TV but it wouldn't fit where we were placing this one.
