I love this TV. I waited a long time to upgrade and the wait was so worth it. The interface is intuitive and has a low learning curve. The picture quality and colors are fantastic. I opted for the matte feature and am very pleased with it in my bright room. The salesman couldn’t have been more helpful or informative. Really appreciate the excellent customer service.

Purchased this for my husband's man cave and it is absolutely great. My husband has neon signs and the light from them doesn't glare off the TV and the picture quality is fantastic as well. I highly recommend this TV.

I love the TV. So much easier to use than the sony bravia. I got the non-glare screen with is awesome also. My only criticism is that old SD films can be pixelated. Also I think the sony sound was better with my sony receiver for some reason.

Purchased this television to replace an older 80 series Samsung that was starting to have display issues. I like this new TV, mostly for the picture. Very vibrant colors and bright picture. Not many picture adjustments necessary, as the default settings seem to be fine. Plus the AI makes adjustments automatically. One reason I purchased this model was for the non-glare screen, because I have so many windows in the room. This really works well in eliminating reflections. The anti-glare, matt finish might sacrifice a bit of crispness in the images, but it's not all that noticeable. A couple disappointments - first, the remote control is pretty meager. Very small and lightweight with a rechargeable battery. My old remote I had for 7 years and only had to replace the batteries once. This remote I have to recharge weekly. It has a built-in solar cell, but that doesn't seem to work all that well. Plus, there is sometimes a serious lag between pushing a control button and the TV response. Never had that problem on my old set. The second issue is with the "home page" of the set. It is so cluttered and congested with large boxes showing different recommendations of things to watch, that you have to search for the small app icons that you want. And the TV doesn't turn on to where you left off, even if you are watching through a cable box -- so you have to go through this same routine every time you turn on the set or even switch to a different app. Very frustrating. Overall, it's a good TV, but definitely not a home run.

The picture quality on this TV is incredible; bright, sharp, and perfect for both movies and sports. The sound is better than expected, and it looks sleek in the living room. Definitely glad I chose this Samsung!

I like that TV display looks to be 3D like. It is the best TV I have ever purchased. The sound quality is great. Overall there is nothing that I do not like.I wholeheartedly recommend this TV. Best Buy Installed it and suggest to anyone to have them do the install. It probably took 45 minutes the take my previous TV from the mounting unit I already owned and the two women installers installed the TV and like magic they were gone out the door.

Bought this to replace an LG and don't really know why i tried changing it up in the first place. Samsung is the only brand of tv we have in our house once again and they are the clear winner in this market. The tv has a beautiful color and has many options to change the picture mode, picture clarity, and the color tone. Super easy to do if you download the app on your phone and way faster. Very impressed with the Neo QLED technology. Don't think too hard when purchasing a tv - just figure out which Samsung tv you want. Paid full price, but with my Best Buy membership the tv went on sale for $500 off within 60 days of purchase, and i was credited the amount after submitting.

Samsung TV's have always been our TV of choice. We've never had issues with any and we have 6 in our home. Now, that we've bought this new one. The purchase was because it's a 2025 and has AI and does it make a difference. The quality of the TV is astounding in all aspects. The picture is crystal clear and my only wish was I could of bought the 85" TV but it wouldn't fit where we were placing this one.

The Samsung TV that we purchased is an incredibly clear and bright unit that fits perfectly in our space and viewing habits. Our space is extremely bright during the day and equally dark at night and the Samsung shines during those viewing times.

Love the tv! This was the best tv for a room with a lot of light coming thru the windows in our sunroom. No reflections on the screen. Color is good, too. Bundled tv with Samsung sound bar and sound is amazing! Best Buy employees steered us in the right direction. Good folks!

Haven’t bought a big screen TV in 20 years. This TV is packed with features along with a beautiful picture. Connects with Alexa. Perfect for gaming. Easy set up.

I have been using my new TV for 3 weeks and I am totally satisfied. I find the image quality to be outstanding, and the anti-glare feature makes a real difference. No more light reflection from the windows, ceiling lights, etc...

I wanted to like this TV due to the matte screen in my bright living room. Unfortunately the poor upscaling and poor motion handling was a deal breaker. I ended up returning the TV. The motion was very choppy. Matte screen was very nice.

We live in a condo with floor to ceiling wrap around windows. We needed a TV that can minimize glare. This is it. The non glare results are unbelievable. Besides the non glare features this is also an excellent all around TV.
