Tv is still working great after a few months. 4k high bitrate videos look pretty awesome on the tv. Brightness is holding up well in my well-lit living room. Sometimes the auto-brightness setting takes a while to adjust so I just bring up the quick settings menu and change it up myself. It's very easy. Audio is not bad. I still haven't bought a sound bar or anything but I've been finding it more than sufficient for my space. I'd def still recommend buying extra sound if you care at all about sound though. The tv speaker system is still no replacement for that. The smoothening effect isn't terrible but I'm generally not a fan, but the TV has a lot of settings that you can customize to your liking, which I did. To be honest I don't use any of the Samsung account settings but I'll update if I ever do. I've found that the TV is fully functional for all my needs without logging in or connecting to my network. No weird ads or pop-ups at all as of now.

I may or may not have helped my old TV meet its end during a heated Xbox moment… let’s just say it lost the argument . After cooling off, I spent hours searching for the perfect replacement, and honestly, I’m kind of glad it happened because this TV is on another level. The 65" S84F OLED has a crystal-clear 4K picture with insanely rich colors and deep blacks that make games and movies look unreal. Everything feels smooth, fast, and immersive—exactly what you want on a screen this size. The Vision AI and Tizen smart features are super intuitive, and the remote is simple but slick. For the price, this TV is an absolute steal. Amazing picture, awesome features, and zero regrets (except maybe my old TV). If you’re upgrading, this one is 100% worth it.

Great picture. Super thin. True black is great. If you find it too dark, play around the picture mode settings. I dont think though that the original price of this tv is $2k.

This Samsung S84F OLED is impressive for the price point. Picture quality is sharp, colors look rich without being oversaturated, and the black levels are deep enough to make everything pop. The interface runs smoothly, and setup took just a few minutes. It looks premium and performs like TVs that cost a lot more. Sound is decent, but pairing it with a soundbar makes it even better. Overall, excellent value and a clear upgrade for movie nights or gaming.

This Samsung tv worked out perfectly for our space. OLED provides a great picture, sounds good and night scenes are easy to make out details. Icons are a good size so I can read details from across the room which is one reason I wanted a larger tv. This 65 inch tv checked all the boxes at a great Black Friday price too! Remote is small, but functional.

We replaced our 6 year old Samsung with this OLED 65" Samsung. Impressive color, good built in sound, very different interface with the built in streaming icon line and settings panel. Once you familiarize yourself it's an easier tv to use. We also added the Samsung sound bar for surround sound. Overall a big improvement.

Absolutely love this TV. The colors are vibrant, the oled screen looks amazing. Movie night is crazy now.

I absolutely love my Samsung S85F OLED TV—it’s hands down one of the best purchases I’ve made in years. The picture quality is breathtaking, with deep blacks and vibrant colors that make every movie and game feel cinematic. Even in a moderately lit room, the display holds up beautifully, and the viewing angles are wide enough that everyone gets a great view. Gaming on it is a dream—smooth frame rates, low input lag, and crisp detail that makes fast-paced action pop. The smart features are intuitive and responsive, and while the built-in sound isn’t mind-blowing, it’s perfectly fine for everyday use. I paired it with a soundbar and now the setup feels complete. For the price I paid, especially with recent discounts, it feels like I got flagship performance without the flagship cost. Every time I turn it on, I’m reminded why I chose OLED—and why Samsung nailed it with this model.

Large and beautiful screen which connects seamlessly with all other electronics, including our Sony soundbar. It has plenty of HDMI ports and I’ve connect it via Ethernet to our router for a sharp picture and clear sound. The AI screen setting automatically adjusts the brightness of the screen, so our screen is always very bright with excellent colors, unlike what other reviewers have said. Bought it at Best Buy for a very good price, so it was an excellent value for the money spent. I strongly recommend this TV.

first off let me just say the tv looks amazing and sounds great for how thin and light the tv is. The interface in the home menu is smooth like butter also , but my main complaint with the tv like most OLED's is that they require you to download certain apps on your phone to even use the thing. this tv is a prime example , you go to scan the QR code and get the smart things app and do a bunch of nonsense that you could do on the tv itself, highly disliked the whole experience. after i was done with the adventure the tv is almost perfect I'm cant lie. i have an LG C4 the same size and the fact i didn't have to download an app to get everything working was amazing. i got this samsung tv open box for around $830 after tax and all and I'm definitely satisfied after everything was hooked up and the settings was dialed into my preference but good heavens did the whole start up process take a toll on me mentally and just the amount time it took after plugging the thing in. Personally id say get the LG C4 or C5 for the plug and play aspect, if your a bit tech savvy and got some patience this samsung will not let you down either.

We needed a replacement living room tv. We previously had a QLED that had a really good picture and this S84F gave us an OLED at the same price. We’ve had prior OLED’s and love the picture and contrast on them. The S84F is a solid TV. The picture quality and brightness was more than enough for a bright living room. As with all OLED’s, it had inky blacks, great contrast, and good sharpness. As an entry level on Samsung, it not as bright and sharp as the S90F and S95F, but again, not a big deal. The aspects this TV comes short is the processing of lower quality content(still looks soft and fuzzy), very poor tv audio/speakers, not as intuitive OS, and a very poor quality remote. We didn’t intend to use just the TV speakers, but this wasn’t even a viable holdover. You will at least need a soundbar as the TV’s sound is very hollow. We could have lived with this TV’s short comings but found a better option for the price point and returned it. I felt a fair rating for this Tv is the 3 stars.

This TV makes old movies look so much better than they were originally. It has tons of channels and lots of versatility! So far, this has been a great buy!

The picture and audio are very nice (worth 5 stars). However, the remote is quite disappointing- too smart for it's own good. Fewer buttons means more steps to navigate to desired settings. On initial set up, the remote took over control of my cable box- didn't see any options to avoid this.. Numerous steps to get to Sleep timer, and other functions. -Antenna TV- no way to force a rescan of channels. Under Channel Guide; 'No Information' is listed on numerous channels, though the window showing the channel I'm watching does give the current listing. -My new 32" Samsung does a much better job of listing the Channel Guide- from the same antenna feed. The 'Broadcast' signal strength test only shows "Normal" -no true indication of how strong the signal may be. Over all, I like the TV picture, though there are some interface issues.

I bought this TV a month ago thanks to a recommendation from a Best Buy salesperson on the floor, and it really surprised me with its sharp image, easy setup using my previous Samsung account, and excellent balance between blacks and colors during both day and night use. The picture quality is amazing, and games on my PlayStation look fantastic. Movies look great on this TV, and even my OTA local channels look excellent—especially for sports. I also recommend this TV for bright rooms (even next to a balcony), since the contrast is well-balanced and you won’t miss any details in your shows.

Fantastic OLED TV for the price. Color and brightness are great for the discounted price I got, 2000 down to 1000. Once you have it all set up it's a great experience. I can't speak highly of the software though. The modern day smart TV homescreen is just terrible. Took me 20-40 minutes to disable all the popups and shows playing in the background without my permission. I use a Roku ultra for my casting and I found I had to uninstall almost all the TV apps to keep them from playing random shows on my home screen. Which even then the Roku input will just keep playing even if you pause it. It's kind of tricky to get used to but in the end it's a great TV. Also one more gripe, the remote has no input button, It must be chosen through the home screen.
