Great picture. Super thin. True black is great. If you find it too dark, play around the picture mode settings. I dont think though that the original price of this tv is $2k.

Love the slim design. Picture quality is exceptional and colors pop. Samsung has great looking ui and additonal multi viewing features are a great added bonus.

Great OLED tv at a great price! First time buying an OLED and was on the fence between this and a QLED. Luckily had a Best Buy employee tell me about this one when looking at the 85F. I believe there are just a few options that you miss out on with the 84F vs 85F. Would recommend this tv if you are new to OLEDs and looking to get in the game. Only complaint I have is the interface will sometimes lag when exiting out of applications or switching between applications on the home page. Not sure if this is just a Samsung issue or TV issue. Overall great TV and very happy about the purchase.

Fantastic OLED TV for the price. Color and brightness are great for the discounted price I got, 2000 down to 1000. Once you have it all set up it's a great experience. I can't speak highly of the software though. The modern day smart TV homescreen is just terrible. Took me 20-40 minutes to disable all the popups and shows playing in the background without my permission. I use a Roku ultra for my casting and I found I had to uninstall almost all the TV apps to keep them from playing random shows on my home screen. Which even then the Roku input will just keep playing even if you pause it. It's kind of tricky to get used to but in the end it's a great TV. Also one more gripe, the remote has no input button, It must be chosen through the home screen.

My very first OLED tv and I couldn’t be more pleased. I love the design of this tv. The picture quality is amazing. Sansung tv is top notch. Everything I want from a tv it is this right here.

TV is amazing so far. The blacks are deep and the color vibrant. It’s hard to compete at this price point on this tv. Time will tell if it keeps up the performance but as of now really satisfied.

Awesome time with this thing so far. Image quality is crisp, and I mean crisp. Of course, you’re gonna have to find media that supports it, as much of YouTube and some movies are gonna not give you the full beef that this thing has; but put on a game (I have an Xbox series x), or a movie that is in 4K 120fps, and man: Ad Astra, Interstellar, Avengers End Game, Tron Legacy, never looked better. One of my first “test drives” was The Long Night (GoT season 8, episode 3), and I was baffled by how limited my viewing was in 2019 when it first aired (couldn’t see a thing).

Incredible picture, like everyone says. It's just too dark for me unless there's a brightly lit scene. There's little or no detail in dark areas. I tried every setting, with and without AI assistance. I have to give it credit for how amazing well-lit scenes appear. But whether in a darkened room or not, the picture is just too dark! I just can't watch it anymore so it's back in the box waiting for BB to pick it up.

Nice picture great price. Can be a bit dark don't trust the automatic settings. I had to experiment and dind the roght settj gs for our environment.

Worked great right out of the box. Easy set-up, everything well explained, great picture and good sound for built in speakers, although I am using it with a sound bar and sub-woofer.

I recently picked up the Samsung S84F, and it has honestly exceeded my expectations. The first thing you notice is the OLED display—the picture quality is absolutely beautiful. The blacks are deep and pure, which makes the colors pop in a vibrant and incredibly realistic way. Watching movies on this screen is a whole new experience; the contrast is just stunning. But where it really shines for me is gaming. I hooked up my console, and the gameplay is incredibly smooth (thanks to the 120Hz refresh rate). There’s virtually no input lag, and the graphics stay sharp even during fast-paced action scenes. The Game Mode optimizes everything automatically, making gaming sessions so much more fun and immersive. If you are looking for a TV that delivers both a premium home theater feel and a top-tier gaming experience, the S84F is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

Quality TV picture and sound with OLED and very neat looking in room.

The picture is amazing, almost to good. Was simple to set up. The sale price on BF made it even better.

Incredible picture! My recliner is at an angle to the TV, and our prior HDR+ QLCD Samsung TV picture was washed out at that angle. This OLED is bright and sharp from all angles!
